LMFAO I'm not even done with this show yet, but I just LOVE IT! It made me BELLY LAUGH a million times, and everyone acted so well.
They have a perfect mix of crack comedy with actual character and story development and it blends in perfectly with each other. The cast is STELLAR in terms of acting, comedic timing, expressions, and chemistry.
Just loving it. And Lee Yi Kyung is just phenomenal, an absolute star.

Title Vincenzo
I'm confused on whether to watch this or not... most of the reviews are negative while the comments and other…
If you love a chill dark comedy, with SIZZLING chemistry between the main leads, a smart and logical and sexy male lead, an understanding and mature and endlessly charming and sexy female lead, villains full of charisma and brutality, side characters worth their salt (although annoying at times), and a whole lot of STUNNING cinematography and music, you'll LOVE this show!

YesI completely agree with you! I don't understand why people call it a realistic ending when it was not at all…
Yeah, or at least taken a single step towards each other before calling it quits without trying.
The NHD that they showed for 15 episodes would've tried at least once to make amends and then maybe given up if he was too depressed to even work on his mental health (but tbh even then I feel like she'd have knocked sense into him and he would've understood his position and taken that step to therapy soon, he's a smart man).
Anyway, I have read some BaekDo fanfiction as a fix-it of sorts and that has mollified me somewhat haha. It feels nice to see fans understanding the characters so well and writing a plausible ending which seems more realistic than the show.

thank you for your comment. I was just thinking about whether I should give season 2 a try. I liked the first…
The patients' stories are absolutely worth it in this season! I have seen many medical dramas too, even though I do get queasy at the bloody scenes and I end up fast-forwarding through them, but the rest of this season was like a warm hug.
For me it was a bit slow in the first 2 episodes, it maybe took me a while to recall all the storylines ad how things ended in season 1, but it was a delight to watch otherwise.

Thank you for your comment. I hope more people can come to the same conclusions as you. It's okay if someone don't…
Oh just comparing the popularity of all his pre-service shows like Healer, K2, Suspicious Partners to his recent shows, including the ones you mentioned, JCW is capable of much more right, that's all I meant.

He really is oddly captivating. He is someone who you would not call handsome right on the spot but he just somehow…
I so agree with you! You've explained his appeal perfectly, maybe it's his sexy voice, or that charming yet manipulative vibe? Idk, but his character always catches my eye.

Her character in hospital playlist is the worst :’) idk why the character has ti be so annoying haha... really…
I have to agree with you, her character was barely tolerable acting-wise. Maybe a different actress could've made her seem shy and determined, rather than dull and creepy?

Imagine having a slice of your favourite pizza when you are extremely hungry. The pizza has all your favourite toppings on it, and you have been hungry for a while, so that first slice tastes absolutely heavenly. Now imagine having 8 slices of the same pizza. You still love the pizza just as much, but you do want to maybe take a break before eating another slice.

In this sense, HP2 came out at the perfect time, just long enough to make us miss the original cast and remember all the Easter eggs from season 1 too!

My favourite storylines, aside from the fantastic five of course, has to be the INCREDIBLE chemistry and friendship/romance between the Chairman and Rosa! They were the DEFINITION of a charming couple, teasing and supporting and caring for each other. The way that the Chairman treated her was downright SWOONWORTHY, and how he seemed to be completely enamoured by her was so sweet to watch!
I also Loved LOVED the episode where they showed two best friends, where one wanted to donate part of his ORGAN to his best friend, knowing that the surgery could actually end up killing him. The way they interacted was so natural, it really seemed like they were best friends in real life!
Also I LOVED the tennis scene so much, I have replayed it countless times, it was so damn funny.
I even enjoyed the medical stories in the show, I was invested in the patients' lives and their treatment results, the way that these cases were interwoven into the storyline was great.

Of course, the rest of the show was funny and touching as well, I could even say I would really enjoy a third season of this amazing show, and maybe for these kind of shows we don't necessarily have to compare seasons, we can just enjoy them regardless!

So, he was my first Oppa so to speak, the first Korean actor I feel head over heels for, and his show Suspicious Partners was the first Korean show I ever watched (not counting Antique Bakery that I saw in 2009).
I have seen many of his shows and truthfully, I can see a decline in the overall quality of shows he has been signing up for since a certain time frame, and it truly baffled me for a while because he has so much talent, it hurt to see his shows not doing that well simply because of a lack of quality scriptwriting.
But I have come to understand that his characters are what made him choose the shows, and that makes sense because his acting was still great even if the character itself wasn't, at least according to me.
It's a good thing that he has that kind of freedom to choose his own thing, I just wish that this lack of good scripts doesn't make him think that he is suited only for action.
I hope he understands that if his non-action dramas aren't being received that well, it is NOT because of a lack of action in them, but it's rather because the stories weren't that great regardless.
And also this does NOT mean he needs to pick action again, it only means that he needs to pick a good script!

I have seen a lot of interviews this sweet man has given recently, and one thing is clear- the ONLY reason this man acts is to tell a unique story to his audience.
It's not for money (he's filthy rich already), not as a favour to any director or actor(he seems like an extremely private person already).
He has repeatedly declared that he choses roles based only on ONE thing- and that's whether or not he wants to tell the story that his character is trying to tell.
He was sick of being typecast and decided to throw himself out of his own comfort zone, or maybe it was a zone that other people put him in, and labelled him as a 'handsome action star' etc.
I am also one of those fans who thought he was choosing bad dramas recently because I didn't enjoy those stories, but even then his acting was always amazing in every show.
I am sure his upcoming roles will make him even more versatile as an actor and I am rooting for him!
OPPA FIGHTING.

Okay HOW MUCH do I love the friendship and possible romance between Ju Jong Su and Jeong Ro Sa??? YES.
Also only on episode 9 of this show, but so far I have spotted THREE actors from Vincenzo!! Bong Kwang Hyeon the hot ER doctor, Shin Sung Eui the Radiology doctor in the awesome tennis scene, and Kim Jae Hwan, who was ANT company's henchman in Vincenzo.
And when Shin Sung Eui said to Ik Jun, "I'll help you get back to work quickly" that was hot.
Speaking of the tennis scene, it was the funniest part of the show till now, NO DOUBT. The stretching, the trash talk, the threats, PURE GOLD.

"I mean didn't the previous episodes mean anything to ppl?" Yeah they did, that is the WHOLE reason why the ending…
Right!

Yeah, that's another thing, the show felt like seeing 1 year for 14 episodes and then like 20 years in the last 2 episodes, made it a rushed conclusion.

You gave such a soulful plea I immediately went looking for Confession, but it’s not available anywhere. ☹️
It's a hidden gem of sorts, you'll have to try kiss asian / drama cool for this, that's where I saw it! But it's worth it imo, it was really enjoyable for me! I hope you find it and love it.
