Not sure if this is serious post or sarcasm. All the bad things you say about SML applies to ML also lol...
Totally serious post, dw :) I believe I said, and I can quote myself 'And even when the lie is revealed, the girl still chooses the boy RIGHT FOR HER.' I never said the ML was faultless, but he was pushed into the lie by the SML and grandma, and the SML was further pushed by grandma too. But I never actually saw the SML take responsibility, in fact the first thing he said when she found out the truth was 'Grandma told me to do it'. ML never put the blame on anyone, I think that's a pretty big difference for me.
Trust me it's a happy ending. The second lead for some reason is shown to be head over heels for the FL even though…
Very Happy to hear that! You'll enjoy it I'm sure. I LOVED the main leads' chemistry so much, and I hope they act in more projects in the future, their visuals and interactions are no joke, seriously.
The whole cast was amazing, and look out for hidden moments, like Suzy's hand clenching on her bag when she meets Do San (this happens both of the first two times she sees him, and it's so CUTE) And there are many others! Haha I feel like watching it again, maybe I will :)
I don't really know what I just watched but wow. I loved it. The power this movie holds is insane. For me, it…
Oh My God! Me and my friend saw this masterpiece together, and we kept trying to guess who was falling for whom, and then we both got blown away in the end and kept talking about it long after the movie ended too! Acc. to us, the idol was moved by the veteran actor's acting when he first met him, and eventually learned the 'method' way of acting and practised each and every single thing he absorbed from the veteran actor back on him in real life too! After the idol stormed off at the press conference when he expected some kind of open confession from the veteran guy, and was met with 'this was just method acting', he decided to give the veteran actor a taste of his own medicine, and thoroughly schooled him on what 'method acting' is. In the end the idol, although somewhat moved by the actor and maybe he had some feelings for him too, managed to move on easily because he understood the game. On the other hand the veteran was used to method acting, but he didn't realise that the idol would practise it on him, and the amazing kissing scene was proof that he was maybe in too deep for once. Eventually his wife would probably still comfort him, so that's that. He probably remained confused about himself for a long time after that.
Yall mfs are petty af, this drama deserves a higher score.I just know yall never had a successful date/relationship…
TOTALLY AGREE! The SLS doesn't exist for me because the second lead was a bit pushy on her, and despite being far older he somehow failed to get the hint that if he's confessed to the girl and she still doesn't see him that way, then he should give up on mentioning his feelings again and again and stop making her feel uncomfortable?? The main lead was head over heels for her from the first time he met her, and even though HJP tried many more times to mould him into something he wasn't by giving him his car and clothes, NDS wanted to get successful just to make Dal Mi proud, and how is that not adorable??
Happy ending? Please mark reply as spoiler. Thank you!
Trust me it's a happy ending. The second lead for some reason is shown to be head over heels for the FL even though she has never given any indication that she likes him in that way (which was her fault to an extent and maybe he would've moved on quicker if she'd given him an answer early on), and fans for this show in particular have gone on a rampage of how much the main couple sucks just because of that fact! They're forgetting the fact that the girl made her choice when she meets the main lead for the first time, and still liked him even after finding out what happened. So you can say that the second lead deserved a happy ending too, but overall it was great for me.
in which episode love triangle starts and ends..??
There isn't really a love triangle tbh, the second lead starts liking the FL at one point, and never stops even though it's clear from the start that the female lead likes only one guy. He kinda makes the girl uncomfortable at times too, and is slightly pushy about his feelings, and even lies about dating her just to try to drive the main lead away, but ofc it doesn't work because what's meant to be will be :) It's a great show too, and awesome acting by everyone, so you can give it a try!
PLEASE watch this show. It's great acting by all the actors, interesting story, and the lead couple is SO fucking cute together, its insane. All their moments, from holding hands, to the first kiss, to the piggy-back rides, ALL OF IT IS SO CUTE. It's a simple story of how a passionate and ambitious girl Dal Mi, and a nerdy and sweet boy Do San meet initially as a lie, but then fall for each other-HARD. And even when the lie is revealed, the girl still chooses the boy right for her. The characters were great, they explained a lot of start-up business terms which I found interesting, and showed a realistic view of how developers can make their mark in the world, and how young CEOs can use their strength to do something extraordinary! And, in my honest opinion, I found the second lead too useless as a romantic consideration for the female lead to have any second lead syndrome. He started his relationship with the girl as a lie, and disappointingly, never actually stops lying to her. He lies about his feelings, he lies about dating the girl when the first lead returns after a gap of 3 years only to drive the ML away from meeting the female lead, he selfishly makes the female lead uncomfortable by mentioning his feelings for her, even though he knows the girl still isn't over the first lead! That kind of pushy behaviour, even if it's done with a smile and good intentions, doesn't sit right with me. I liked him as a character somewhat, and thought he deserved some romantic angle too, but his one-sided love (and it remains one-sided ALWAYS) wasn't enough to sway me into imagining him with the lead. That's simply because the lead girl made a choice from the very beginning, and thankfully we live in a world where both members of a couple should like each other. :)
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RATING. IT DESERVES A 100/10. The movie keeps you guessing about the feelings of the actors and the characters separately, starts off in a typical 'old guy accidentally seduces new guy' stereotype, BUT changes into something amazing when you realise what's actually happening. you end up blown away and won't forget the ending, even though it's not a mystery genre.
