Ruoyao slowly redeeming herself. Still don't like her but she's slowly getting there.

And omg all these schemes against my girl Jiangli. Let my girl breath. Can she and Duke Su fall off a cliff and have 2 eps of peace and flirting please 🤣

I didn't care for the first ep but I'm a sucker for good revenge dramas. Power through the beginning. It gets better.

That's what I'm thinking. The timeline of it matches when Jiangli got sent away.

The emperor lowkey telling Wanning to f off when he grounded her was satisfying.

And I can't with Jiangli haha. Duke Su trying hard to see her at every chance he gets and here she is using him every chance she gets. He definitely has smoke coming out of his head 🤣🤣🤣

I'm not even worried about tomorrow's eps. If she can't save herself from being exposed, the great Duke Su will.

But Jiangli is a smart cookie. She's got this. I'm excited to see how she'll go against the psycho princess.

Never thought I'd see the day she played a mother role. Grew up watching her. Guess that means we all aging 🤣

This is how a drama emperor should be written. I 100% approve of him.

Today's eps kept me on the edge. Loved the way the trial went. Jiangli's got a powerful court on her side. She's got the good emperor, supportive soon to be boyfriend and take no crap from anyone father.

Sadly cliffhanger and the wait starts again 😭

Hopefully Wanning's villian arc only lasts 2 eps beginning tomorrow. I'm tired of seeing her even though she's been on screen only a handful of times lol.

But omg everytime Duke Su saves Jiang Li, I fall head over heels over again.

I keep forgetting Wang Xing Yue is only 22 years old. He looks so mature for his age and here I am gushing over someone years younger than me haha.

Duke Su saving Jiangli at every turn is just so perfect. If I was her, I'd have fallen deep for him already. He's so perfect esp in red.

Duke Su lowkey attempting every move to have contact with Jiangli. And here she is coldly ignoring his attempts 🤣

Rewatching today's eps again and the instant karma was so satisfying. Ruo Yao trying to scheme against Jiangli only to have her other sister backstab her. No happy ending for either Jiang sister and I'm loving it.

Can they just release all eps. I'll pay big bucks for vip access 🤣🤣🤣 the wait is going to kill me

He's not the one that tainted her reputation. It's his mother and sister. And yes, he's a coward who won't risk his entire family for her to go against the princess but how many characters in a drama other than the male lead has done so. Few but not many.

Killing her was wrong and I won't excuse that but that doesn't mean I can't pity him.

Unpopular opinion but I pity the ex husband. Personally I think he loved her wholeheartedly but was put in a situation where he had to choose either his wife or family.

I think if his mother and sister didn't ruin her reputation, he might have just divorced her 🤷‍♀️ Idk...but again I think he could have just let her go. But maybe she'd seek answers and clear her name and that would get his family killed.

Yes, he did make a stupid choice but by force and now he's stuck with a crazy psychotic princess.

Not excusing his actions as a murderer, just that I can see where he's coming from.
