I really tried hard to like this drama but 9 eps later and I'm calling it quits.

The no backbone pushover parents, evil scheming relatives, money grubbing bias grandma and annoying ass grandpa has my blood boiling. I have never hated so many people in a drama before. 100% turnoff for me.

Yes, I'm sure it gets better but 9 eps of the same constant schemes is enough for me.

Only 4 eps but I'm loving it. It's cute, has badass women and has a cute male lead and villian.

And homeless Joo Woo Jae was a nice surprise to the cast.

I've known Deng Wei for a while as the cute 2nd lead in dramas. I've always been confident he'd make it big soon. Def a good choice for him to be Jing.

And I'm new to Tan Jianci and wow, he wow'd me. His acting and understanding and portrayal of XL/FB was just phenomenal.

Agreed! Nirvana in Fire has one of the best OSTs. Might need to rewatch now that you've mentioned it 🤣

Everytime I try to put this drama in the back of my mind, I see clips and news of Tan Jianci/Xiangliu and fall back into my obsession mode.

I'm never getting over XiangBei. Xiang Liu is a hot sexy white haired hunk but damn flirty Fengbei makes my heart flutter.

I can still watch the same Fengbei clips and it still makes me smile.

I swear I read a comment a while back that Yuanzhi was gonna have a love triangle with Wei Shan and was going to take poison for her.

Whoever said that, I just want you to know that I am utterly upset at you as I was looking forward to this love triangle the whole time. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm at work and could only skim ep 24 very quickly. But from what I've seen, if this is the end, I've wasted and invested too much damn time on this if that's the ending we get.

There better be a part 2. I'm furious. The main lead honestly I felt did not have that much romance development. They need to be redeemed in part 2.

I'm curious about Hanya Si's background too because he doesn't seem like a bad guy. I actually felt bad for him this ep.

And my heart hurts for Master Yue and Yun Que. They only had 30min background and it made me sad.

I didn't expect Elder Yue and Yun Que's story. Made me so sad. Wufeng members have such sad backstories. I'm hoping they all get their happy ending.

But 7 more eps and I'm still waiting for Gong Yuanzhi and Wei Shan love triangle.

One ep a day is not enough 😭 it's like being invested all over again to only get it cut short.

Handsome male lead, handsome villians, handsome supporting characters. My eyes have been blessed. I can't hate any of them. They can stare into my eyes after stabbing me and I'll be convinced to say it's my fault 🤣🤣🤣

But today was a great episide. I love our main couple's chemistry ❤
