for 2025 cdrama I really liked “love of the divine tree”(for the romance and fighting style) and “a dream within a dream” (for the storyline). I feel like everyone liked prisoner of beauty this year but despite being a big Liu Yuning fan, I didn’t like it as much as everyone else. 🙈

some people keep hating on the FL without realizing that’s the point of her character. character development works best when the character shows growth as the show progresses. if she was perfect when you first watch her, then it would get boring eventually. she isn’t my favorite cdrama character but she’s not as bad as some people keep pointing out.

I think this might start off as comedy but as she gets fully immersed into the world, it might become more serious..but that’s just what I’m predicting. I love LYN and I, too, wasn’t into it as much at first but I think so 10 was when it started to pique my interest.
