He was the ex- cause literally by the 3rd episode I would get a stabbing migraine whenever he showed up , I think the only time I genuinely laughed was when he showed up along with Mudan' s cousin when they oh so heroicly offered to sacrifice their status to save her from the misery of working at her own business ๐คฃ๐คฃ I wanted her to beat them up more but ayoo ๐คฃ๐คฃ

I know ๐ I kinda thought she was pitiful at first, the way she was obsessed with the fl's ex but she scared me how ruthless she could be while absolutely believing herself to be the victim in everything;Obviously her backstpry was sad and honestlyZhang Ya Qin was awesome in her role as the princess
The fight scenes are so good in this drama , like when FSG was torturing FYX and she snapped ,their fight choreography…
To be honest, while I am utterly annoyed it's mostly because I feel sad she is so emotionally sheltered and isolated in a way . Also as many of us more or less agree, the princess's future doesn't seem to bode too well in this current situation and as most characters like her don't seem to live very happy-go-lucky life(unless they're the mc and tags don't include " loss of the loved ones " ,"tragedy "revenge " and whatnot ๐)

I know , I kinda think the same but at the same time her ignorance is annoying especially as she at times refutes the fact that she is literally very willingly marrying someone who has tried to off her brother multiple times..once again, I do understand all the why's and how's but still I have that urge to jump in and shake her while screaming at her to open her eyes and see but alas delulu isn't solulh..also she is kinda hilarious cute the way she believes in the power of love she has for her beloved prince ๐ฎโ๐จ

I know , for the most of the episodes so far , that's what I kept thinking ; she was raised to be a naive princess and told that there's a lot that comes with being a royalty, privileges and all .But I keep thinking, even if compared to the rest of the 'real world ' ,I wonder how ignorant or isolated from the court and the royal nobility does she have to be to be so blind to most of the relationships and machinations that goes into it ? Like girl wtf ๐ฉ ( cue Btch Wtf x Flower duet opera )
The archery scene ๐ I like how "okay we've got this " energy the main leads have โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
