I kinda wanna watch the zombie movie instead
Most of it has been said in the other upvoted reviews. Started pretty well, then came the split personality plotline (which I get it, kdramas need the drama part). If it ended there, it would've been an "OK" drama, that you can watch if you like the actors or are in between better shows. But then came the last episode, the left turn there is really what annoys me the most. I'm one of those who find that the ending is paramount (quoting someone else). The zombie movie scenes are actually the highlight of the show for me. And Do ra mi ( movie character, not the other personality) is the most interesting character of the show. Was this review helpful to you?

Red flags all over
I get that in most Cdramas and Kdramas toxic relationships tropes are the default mode, and I usually just ignore them. But, in this drama, they really rubbed me off the wrong way. Specifically, the emotional blackmail by the ML while using his own health as a tool for guilt tripping the concerned FL. Also, his "gatekeeping" against the FL interactions with other men (despite being a common trope in the genre) for whatever reason seemed particularly problematic for me in this drama. Was this review helpful to you?
"You are my pet" done wrong
Even after suspension of belief, the way the premise was executed was really bad. The use of violence is problematic. It's never clear what the message or identity of the show is. As I said in the headline, this feel like a really bad version of "You are my pet". At least in YAMP you have no violence and a minimum level of consent between the parties in their unconventional relationship. Was this review helpful to you?
