It felt like he was treating the imperfect victim like a criminal, which is often the case in rape/domestic violence cases. Like yes bias can come into play with anything but when you are the outsider, you have to be rational and have EQ. There are ways to question someone to get the truth and your answers without resorting to victim blaming and treating a suspect/victim like a criminal.
