Probably not many unless they zoom through the answers or we get a long enough episode. It feels like we need bios for each character that fills in the lack of or crumbs of background from the series. Personally, I would have made special eps 1.5, to 11.5 extras either on their official youtube or fan thing to fill the background like you shouldn't need it when the writing is good, which for this series so far it's been written well just with the missing info but I see why it's executed the way it has due to storyline or budget and time possibly which would have worked better for uncut version but again it would have helped for those fans that are engaged as we can tell since the series keeps trending.

I'm referring to Lawyer Song not being with Yi An at the airport and her ex-husband showing up while Lawyer was missing in action and then how sleazy he was with protecting that rich corporation/foundation and acting like poor people are filthy and beneath the fraudulent scammy foundation.
When that airport scene happened, I was a bit perturbed about a character not being shown and wondered why this character was alone without that person and I started to panic and fear that something was wrong and I hoped and hoped that my fear wouldn't happen and boom plot twist and how brazen of person they turned out to be like talk about a not so good person hiding behind a mask of good person.

Uncle Zheng is also a good guy almost too saintly but he seems realistic because he's a good guy but also is fawning and doing too much for a woman he loves that is taken (so the negative point is fawning over a married woman) but he doesn't cross the line into forcing her to be with him, he has his boundaries even if at times he cares too much (which actually is not a negative, there are people like that, they do a lot because they care for someone that is a dear friend and go above and beyond). Our young guys are good guys as well although they had their moments, sure they have some issues but it's nothing extreme but believable and realistic.
