ik but I’m saying even if they were still together regardless of the radio he would have cheated on her or left her at some point because ji in would be born. I think that’s why she gave up
Watched this in 2022 and surprised to see how the ratings is low. This movie was good, not excellent but still…
His existence alone proves the best friend and other guy were destined to end up together from the beginning. So they either cheated or broke up because he would not be born if they were not together at some point. In the 2022 version even when the guy tried to break them up and spend more time with the girl he liked the other girl had still existed but just without a father. So the relationship may have continued but it would have had to end at some point.
uh oh did he do something new (other than all the previous stuff he's said)?
can we not make excuses for him? he was at the ripe age of 27 saying that. I don't think he has changed as he has been like that most of his life and u expect him to change? highly doubt it. People as shallow as that don't change so fast.
Didn't know he whined like a bitch about appearances. Like his dramas but has terrible character in rl
damn u weren't kidding. I didn't think it would be that bad but after reading this interview i'm shocked. I was expecting a 'my ideal type is a pretty woman' but he literally said he judges people based on their appearance and does not want to be around ugly people because he hates them and finds them pathetic. How shallow...? who does he think he is😂 I can't look at him the same way now.
It was supposed to be a commentary on how badly Koreans deal with disasters, but nope, they needed to make a message…
and then they showed civilians protesting when it would probably be the government that was refusing or taking too long to make a decision so everyone ends up getting infected or dying.
I really enjoyed this movie. I just didn't like how it became overly sentimental towards the end. It did tug and my heartstrings but then In reality the pilot wouldn't have made that speech. and some unrealistic parts like airport screening. That part was so fake lol for certain implants like pacemakers you need to carry a medical ID card. They would not just let him board the plane with a suspicious metal object. Also the dad infecting himself with the virus made zero sense. Didn't they say they didn't want them to land at first because they were scared of the virus spreading?? japan refusing seemed accurate tbh they have a seriously strict infection and disease control protocol. I was hoping for im siwan to have more scenes. His acting is so good that i was so creeped out by it. No one does a psycho/sociopath role like he does.
I was wondering why hyeonjoo suddenly disappeared. I thought she stayed in the burning building and died in there w the president. I had to rewatch it to hear she went to stay in Rome. They could’ve had her at least appear in the last action scene or something but apparently they cut her screen time short due to her dui controversy. They apparently rewrote the show and I think this ruined the ending.
the last 3-5 episodes were so bad… they just rushed the whole ending. It’s like the spent the whole budget on the first half of the show and then just gave up on the rest.
i wonder if this show has the same directors or writers as LW? the direction and story telling, even music was so similar to that of Little women and how they had someone 'guiding' or 'helping' them to throw down those in power
P.s I knew who bbbfamous was by the earlier eps….I thought it was weird when an insignificant character in the…
i was thinking that it was either the masseuse or her best friend. The close up when she was putting their phones away made me suspicious. It's such a dead giveaway when they don't introduce a background character but give them a few close up scenes like that.
This show was good but the romance seemed unnecessary and it felt forced Ari and joon kyung didn't have much chemistry. I think he had more chemistry with siyeon.
Their back stories were so sad. They all got ostracised by their peers in school. Society is harsh If your parent is a criminal in prison you're ugly, if you're fat, etc. They all became twisted due to their environment. At the end we see mimo breaking the cycle by refusing to let her self-worth be defined by societal norms. I like that they ended it on a good note.
This drama is SO good. It's been a while since i have watched something where i couldn't predict the outcome. Every episode had me on my toes. I was only going to watch one episode but i binged watched it all in one day because it was so interesting.
MDL ratings aren't reliable tbh. I prefer to read the comments or written reviews. You see a drama with 9.5 stars and then the comments are all saying it's bad or a drama with barely any when it's such a good show. then again the drama was just released so i'd give it some time
I can't look at him the same way now.
