It's a really good drama but idk why the writer would raise people's expectations by saying it had a special ending. The only thing that shocked me was their reason for founding the Jeongran society and that one dude joining hands with her.
unfortunately in joo and do il don't end up together but it's hinted he loves her and there may be a possibility in the future. I just wanted to see at least one kiss
This version makes so much more sense than the 6 episode version so watch this one. The pacing was slow and some may find it boring but I really enjoyed it.
I’ve watched many movies and dramas about the 1980s gwangju uprising and massacre and this one really tells it how it is. It doesn’t sugarcoat anything. The directors, writers and all the staff involved did such a great job. The more I learn about this incident, the more I understand why knetz were so mad about snowdrop or other shows that distort the truth.
I’ve been putting off watching this drama because I heard it was sad but I finally watched it. I didn’t cry until the last episode. I expected a sad ending but I didn’t think it would be like that. It catches you off guard.
Were they hinting sanghyun got killed or that Sanghyun killed the loan shark? After that meeting with his daughter did he just think life wasn’t living anymore and then murdered the other dude? Did it really have to end like that?
This was such a well made documentary. I loved how it showed the differences in her 20s and 30s and how she felt then and now. IU is so eloquent and has a way with her words. She really knows how to convey her emotions.
