'Good Day to be a Dog' is excellent. The story, script, and direction are on point, and I've laughed out loud every episode. I have to think the ratings are a reflection of the release schedule. This is easily my favorite drama of the year. Such a shame they've ruined the release by postponing episodes and only releasing one a week. :-(
It's excellent. I've laughed out loud repeatedly, the writing is solid, the direction is fun, and the acting is great. The two leads have great chemistry and there's this underlying mystery that's been hinted at which I'm super curious about. Great pacing, great everything! ... except they keep postponing the episodes!! UGH!
Perhaps they worded the synopsis in this vague way to increase interest in the drama...?
I think Cha Eun Woo will be paired with Im Se Mi's character and / or Kim Nam Joo will be paired with Kim Kang Woo's character. Even if the roles were reversed and the ML was 52 and the FL was 26, I doubt a Kdrama would pair a couple together with that age difference (educate me if I'm incorrect! Has there ever been a Kdrama with that kind of gap?) I'm all for noona romances!!! I love them. But 52 and 26 is . . . too much. That's literally a double age difference. :-\
I really love A Good Day To Be A Dog so far, but I'm going to have to wait to watch the rest until all the episodes are out. These delays are maddening.
