Thanks for replying. My friend complained that it's filled with cliches plus it feels like a mixture of two three recently aired dramas. That's why I was sceptical.

Just when I was going to start this drama so many of my friends said that it's not worth my time as it is just a train wreck.
Please someone give their honest opinion on what it's like. If you love it please give me the reasons if you can and if you don't like it then also give the reasons.

Park shin hye playing a character like this is new to me. I am actually excited on how she acts here because I have her image set as that girl next door in my mind and I am not actually a fan of her acting.
I hope this drama turns out good because the synopsis while not unique is interesting

I honestly think this is gonna be like we are. Though I hope they don't do this. Well at first they did say that it will be 10 eps each for a couple but now I heard that they said that it will be like we are. So basically it will be 30 eps for all the couples.

No but it has a side gl pairing. Though I think it's only hinted it because I don't really remember much as a dropped it at the later eps. I think you can find their cut on yt

Exactly. There are many people who have changed their ways of thinking but society as a whole has a lot of work to do.
My parents 4 years before didn't know anything about lgbtq and found it weird because no where were they told that love can happen between two people of the same gender. It was when I told my mother that it's totally ok she was shocked at first but she got around and she even watched a gl with me☺

Well isn't this true with all parents from the asian community. Yup my parents love me but the moment I will tell them I love someone they surely won't like it and if it turns out to be someone of the other caste then all hell will break loose for sure. That's asian parents for you. No matter the time they just can't let go of the Orthodox thinking that their ancestors have put in their heads

Lovely runner definitely has a big fandom though the drama isn't worth it. Atleast not for me.
I never got a chance to watch IOTNBO but I recently saw a reel and thought I would give it a try. Maybe I will.

Also it was nice talking to someone who genuinely just wants to explain their point as to why they didn't like a drama and not just curse me for liking it. People on mdl are scary.
People really don't understand that just because you don't like a drama doesn't mean that someone else can't like it either.

Ahh I definitely get your point😂. Sometimes the sound effects are too much but I honestly didn't even notice it in this drama. Maybe it's because I was just watching horror and thriller these past months.
Now as for the drama I was talking about. It's lovely runner. I definitely didn't want to write the name because the fandom of lovely runner is crazy. They worship the actors. I was more infuriated with lovely runner because I was genuinely excited for it but I dropped it after 6 eps. I felt the comedy was very forced plus it felt cringey from the supporting couple.
