I was never into historical stuff. I watched the double and pursuit of jade. And then finally untamed because…
It's the absolute best. I couldn't binge it as I was too invested in it and researched a lot as I watched. I even made some charts for the clans and on Twitter there were nice fan pages posting about the drama, updates and fan art. I watched it during the pandemic in July 2020 a year after it aired. I happened to know about this through people recommending it in a Kdrama group (Amino KDA). Good ol' days.
Glad to hear you love it a lot too. I hope many more people watch this gem. I still wasn't over this for another 2 years after watching. So maybe it might take you a while to get over this one π₯Ή
I'm having a hard time finding a series that will match this level.
Thank you for creating this small place for us Slice of Life fans β€οΈππΌ I get overwhelmed with comment sections these days since there's a lot of comments (10000+ π). Miss the days when it wasn't so overwhelming π₯Ή So this place seems like a relaxing retreat away from all that.
Hope more people join but I also hope it doesn't get overwhelming that we can't keep up with the comments and discussions.
Because that's how it was back then in most parts of the world.
Yeah. But it still happens even today. In an ideal world you'd have enough money and resources to bring up two to three children but it's not possible in our world and parents would still fall short. Ae Sun and Gwan Shik tried their best to raise both Geum myeong and Eun myeong but still he didn't feel their love.
"Parents dwell on what they couldn't give. And children dwell on what they couldn't get." This quote from Geum myeong says it all.
I'm not a parent yet, maybe I'll truly understand this quote once I become one.
I binged watch this drama when I was waiting for POJ episodes. First 10 episode might be a bit slow but it gets…
Glad I chose this one too because I've been planning to watch this one for a long time. Now it feels right. Also Feng Shao Feng was Prince Lan Ling. I wanna see more of his dramas.
Also I recently finished Pursuit of Jade and Song Yan seemed very familiar to me. I just got reminded and came here to look at the cast and it's MengYao.
Even Pursuit of Jade doesn't come close to The Untamed. Untamed will always be 10/10 for me. I haven't rewatched it fully just bits and pieces here and there. I do want to rewatch it fully this year though if time allows. I love this so much!!! π₯Ήπ«ΆπΌ
