Who are “ oba-sans”?
basically the Japanese version of Ajummas. middle-aged ladies. if you watch his Japanese fan meetings, you'll notice that like 99% of the audience are at least in their late 40s or mid 50s. not a negative thing at all, but i really think as an actor/model he can go way higher.

every time Sung Hoon is in news for an upcoming piece, i make the wish that "let this one be HIS ONE"!! i know he is a great actor, but none of his dramas has had that HUGE impact on general public as it should!! i sometimes feel like he is more successful in japan, esp among Oba-sans, than in soko itself (which is totally fine, but like still...)!! really really really hope for the next one to be THE one for him!! he deserves it imo!!

not one single comment i saw below is positive. this is gonna be the positive comment then i guess. if u r a fan of slow-burns that are not actually too slow and they have a reason for being slow, if u like thriller and mystery and a bit of cute fantasy, if u like a few crazy characters (and not just one) in ur drama, if u like a bit of sismance and a bit of bromance, if u like misunderstandings being resolved in a good way, supportive lovable family, and motherly-love without any boundaries, u really should start watching. i never got bored and was hooked until the last moment. the only boring episode for me was 16, which is quite usual for all dramas. go watch this. also dont watch this for the "food and chef" element, cz its almost non-existent in the story-line!!

I may have missed this since I watched an episode a night before bed and it probably passed over my head. Why was…
it was basically to trick us to think that her or her husband were the killer. esp towards the end, where the husband was actually seeing the ghost of the baby girl, the wife was shown more because she was shocked and panicked. just like how she went to tell the mom and grandma that she thinks her husband killed the girl, i think she followed the FL to tell her the same thing. but at the end, nothing srs abt that couple, except for the fact that the husband ignored the baby girl when she needed him that night to save her from the actual killer.
