No worries — I didn’t mean for it to sound harsh, more like constructive feedback. Please don’t take it to heart. Ah, I see, I must’ve misunderstood. I guess the romantic aspect feels a bit underdeveloped so far, but with only 10 episodes to cover the whole storyline and all the characters, some elements are bound to get less focus. However i still like the adventurous focus. Its refreshing. Do you know other dramas with more action and adventure in their story, additionally superpowers ?:)

Its not a mess. It was only a sneak peek. We don’t know yet how theyre gonna play off the zombie aspect. Lets wait and see whats gonna happend and not criticize before we've actually seen it.

No worries. I havent seen DFF yet is it good and worth it? You might be right. Maybe the screenwriters told him to appear that way him to do scences that way and his take wouldve been different. Maybe in the next episodes it will be better/ different who knows. Im gonna watch it anyways because i want to know how it ends.
I'd say so far its not the best series. However since I started watching it, I will till the end. Fighting scenes…
Im surprised that many people in the comments acutally love the acting or series and expect high ratings for this one. To which series are they comparing it to?
Barcode is such a great actor... I mean, when I fusrt saw him in Kinnporsche, I could see he knows how do do emotional…
Im sorry to tell you this but in my opinion he's not he best. In fact I didn't know anyone from this cast but he stood out in a negative way for me. Be it "over the top walking" [he put too much energy in it. Example ep 3] . The fighting scenes or him showing the picture to the others[Ep 3]. They way he presented it and rotated it to the camera were not good for me. I like the bad guy image himself but to portray it convincingly he has to appear more mysterious and reserved. Instead he seems too ordinary just a bit irritated sometimes [ at least so far for the role as a bad guy or trouble maker]. Opinions are opinions but i compare him with other actors which i find more convincing in their role. His interpretation of porchay was good even though there werent that many scenes.
I'd say so far its not the best series. However since I started watching it, I will till the end. Fighting scenes are bad. Acting so far isnt tthe yellow from the egg. You can see timing issues or overacting "simple lines" which make it less convincing. There are scenes which are supposed to comedy but in my opinion they"re not funny. It depens on what you like. At least the fantasy aspect does not come too short in this one.
No, its aimed at 13 year olds. There were 2 supposed to be a few scary moments in the first episode but its not horror. They used a darker theme, hence some scenes have less light or were filmed when its dark but thats the only difference. I agree with the other one it seems to lean more towards suspense, but there are only 3 episodes so far.
He don’t want to leave wenlang because wenlang actually not a bad person as you can see in this episode actually…
Man the author of this novel. I dont know if hes a genius for amking it all so conplicated or twisted :D. I will look forward to watching it. Thank you so much my dear. Have a good one.

Since you clearly understood the story, may I ask you something? In episode 2, Mr. Sheng paid the hospital bill for the supposed sister of Hua Yong. When Gao Tu wanted to pay for his own sister’s hospital expenses, they had already been covered. He assumed Mr. Shen had paid.
Does this mean Hua Yong doesn’t actually have a sister and used the whole situation as a setup — just wandering around the hospital, doing who-knows-what, hoping Mr. Sheng would notice him and eventually pity him? Was Mr. Shen in on it the whole time and simply told Gao Tu that he paid for the sister’s bills — so neither Gao Tu nor Mr. Sheng would ever know the full truth?
Another thing: Hua Yong was working at a club. Since he’s obviously super rich, that was clearly just a front — which would also mean he probably paid the entire club staff to keep quiet. Maybe he even paid the man who tried to harass him? Twisted!
Gao Tu just pissing me tf off in this show. Like leave thst clown Shen Wenlang already. Grow some but am here…
You can already see shen wenlang becoming softer. Something is going to happen to them both. I read some comments from people who read the novels and saw some not aired yet scenes in a trailer. I think it will become more exciting.
I think the intention behind the story was to explore how Khanin navigates his new life, facing countless challenges and threats—all while falling for his personal guard, someone he clearly had a crush on from the very beginning. His ultimate goal is to win the royal competition and secure his family’s place on the throne. While that premise is full of potential, the series doesn’t fully dive into it. Instead, it leans heavily into the forbidden love story, leaving the political intrigue and competition somewhat in the background.
I haven’t read the novel, so I can’t say whether this is a faithful adaptation—but maybe that’s how it was meant to unfold. Either way, the one character who i like most is Chakri. Surprisingly he’s definitely my favorite.
