Ahhh so a character not to like then.
I might watch it but there is so many better shows that don't involve cheating I can watch, Especially knowing his wife takes him back .

Edit :- As a guy I have never understood why women (or men) want to be with someone that they know is in a relationship, then hilariously get upset when they themselves are cheated on, especially if its by that same person they were the other person for, what do they expect lol

Wow the actresses biography needs updating, the last part more recently she was in IP Man 3 that was 10 years ago lol

Lucky girl has married a billionaire last year, so that is how to get with a woman like this lol

Isn't that the issue with shows, that they are fantastical, there is so much more to a relationship than LOOKS and maybe that character wanted that.

Did the mistress know that she was a mistress, as the synopsis says the wife is in Canada and he is in China where he meets the other woman, if he doesn't tell her he is married, she isn;t to be blamed, as you said the "Mistress" refuses him when he divorces his wife.

Is it worth watching ? ?

Sometimes that's what you need, doesn't need to be a masterpiece, just a bit of fun, a guilty pleasure.
Turn the brain off and enjoy. I just need to find it to try lol Amazon doesn't have it anymore lol.

Was the Husband abusive or anything, was he in love with her?

Or was it she just married him because he was rich and now wanted more?
If it was basically the husband thought of her as a possession or whatever, I can almost forgive cheating there but seriously like you said divorce him lol.

But abandoning your child just because you are lusting after a younger man, same they never make a sequel she has been abandoned by the guy like 6 months later lol

So is this worth watching if you don't have a art degree or majored in film lol.

But question, before the wife cheated, did the husband beat her, abuse her verbally or was it literally that he worked too much and never gave her enough time as he was supporting them ?

Did she bother to even discuss the problems with him or just cheat like so may people do ?

I did forget one part, the seriously unrealistic car scenes.
That car the kid uses, come on that thing would have been destroyed lol

I was starting to have flashbacks of the ending of the TTB, when the mum had got herself in the truck, and the ML went to get her, I was oh here we go lol

Ok this deserves a much higher rating than 7.5, I personally gave it a 9/10.

Like one of the pinned reviews above state, don't compare this to Train to Busan as you will be disappointed, It's a great Zombie, Post Apocalyptic, action film, nothing more nothing less.
It shows how humans can be in that situation, only thinking of yourself and your family, and others who help strangers, and what might happen to people in that situation after 4 years.

True it isn't going to win an Oscar, but I doubt that was on their mind.

Shut your brain and enjoy, if you like zombie/action movies you should like this.

I kind of compare this and Train to Busan to the below

The Terminator - Predator and Alien are equivalent to Train to Busan.
They were the 1st in a series, they were atmospheric, edge of the seat films, scary etc

While Predator 2, Aliens and T2 are equivalent to Peninsula - They were bigger, more Aliens (Zombies) I felt they were more actioned oriented than the fear of what is in the dark etc.

Randomly I actually think this is like a mix of 28 Weeks Later and Escape From New York (Or L.A) Like if those films had a kid lol

Anyway that's my weird analysis
