Is this worth watching? Reasons?

Is the ending sad? Like does one of the lover die? Cuz if one does, I don't wanna watch it. If one of the other main dies, I'm fine with it.

I don't know it this will be considered a spoiler, but just in case...: Gwang Soo is such a popular name for drama characters these days... name is in Secret Love too. x] Don't mind it, but lol it keeps reminding me of Lee Gwang Soo from running man <3

After watching the first 2 episodes, I wanted to drop it because I couldn't understand why people liked the drama... Then I'm like: well this drama has high ratings, so maybe it will get interesting... and to my surprise, ep 3 made me want to continue! So glad I'm continuing. :)
