Lowkey getting Wei Wuxian vibes from Yu Le Xuan
Who does he "like" better - Wenbin or Lei Zexin? Hmmm.....

I love Song Wei Long. I love that bookworm look :)
I never thought I would say something like this but the guy is just simply too good looking! His face is perfect from every angle. Its too much for me.

Okay, since no one will say it I'll just say it myself... Richard Wang's hotness increases with the upgrade of…
He has grown on me as his character is growing up a bit but I am solidly on team Bi Wenjun for this drama. I just love his cheeky smile.

I love the archery competition. It's so good... and I love the Wen Bin's character .. petite, yet strong and determined.…
She is finally stepping up and fighting to stay at school!!! So proud of her!!!

I don't have any issues with her physical appearance. I think its cute that she is petite and it plays well with…
I agree the makeup is terrible it should be skipped. I hate the bangs and her eye makeup makes her look sallow or sick or like she has a rash. I think its really unattractive but she still manages to look pretty anyway. And the lipstick color is definitely OTT.

This is just a fun, light drama. And if the only thing people have to pick at is the fact that she looks obviously…
Indeed I have heard very good things about Sungkyunkwan Scandal and if it weren't good this one probalby wouldn't have garnered so much interest. My only point is whether the FL's appearance is more convincing as a male is not necessarily a selling point and there is such a thing as too convincing as a male...

lol imagine being so sulky that you get mad at an actress for doing her job. no need to shame JJY's body structure…
This is just a fun, light drama. And if the only thing people have to pick at is the fact that she looks obviously like a girl, its not actually that bad. It doesn't bother me at all that she is so pretty and girlie it is obviously why ALL the boys like her/him so much. I believe there is another version with a more manly looking girl and I definitely DON'T want to watch that one for that reason. That would be like watching a bunch of guys chase a... guy!!!

All caught up and I truly understand this comment now... my God, at this point isn't it an insult to the woman?
LMAO - that's another way to think of it!!!

Opium induced rather the lack of it caused the erratic behavior, back then symptoms detoxification is not well…
She is a fantastic FL, I love her even though she can't fight. In real life they had 5 kids and nobody even bothered to remember her name she was buried as Mrs Huo.

For TMOPB, main story and the main characters were good, you could say that the story was better, more elaborated.…
LOL re Pillow Book - I had to drop it I couldn't take the fox/handkerchief monologues! L&D does indeed have better side character stories.

She wears lipstick! She's already very feminine being smaller, thinner, hairless, they hardly put any effort to…
Well considering that all 3 of the guys are also wearing lipstick, it would be a bit odd if she wasn't. If only MDL site had some more useful information like what shades and brand they are using - I think the color Lei Ao is wearing could look quite good on me! Heheh!

I don't get, well...I do, 'cuz people have different tastes, buuuut - why do so many people complain and drag…
I think its good people are still discussing the show that means they are still watching. When the thread goes silent while its still airing that is the real kiss of death because it means it is so bad everyone has dropped it in disgust.

I am afraid that we won't see them together until season 2. Really 66 episode are not enough for this triangle,…
Oh no - really? Are you sure? I am borderline ready to drop this but I was sticking around for the trio. The girl is very cute and the warehouse is interesting but not enough.

The thing is their dads are political rivals so Chengjun was never gonna go for her. Especially when marriages…
I think that is certainly true but was more written that way to accommodate him eventually ending up with the FL. He also in the beginning expressed disdain for the the Han dad due to his lack of integrity and that was actually more what I mean. Political rival is one thing but if you don't even respect your father in law's ethics.... And to your point it is so evident in how entitled and amoral both Han kids turned out.

I have had mixed feeling about this drama from the get-go so I have refrained from commenting every week, but…
Yeah - I think its also hard to watch while airing - I tend to get frustrated more easily and especially when waiting for episodes while the good guys are struggling. That doesn't excuse the issues with writing etc.

At first I was like Han Zhi Sheng and Han Shu Min really do not pass as siblings visually and personality wise…
The thing is their dads are political rivals so Chengjun was never gonna go for her. Especially when marriages are often arranged among the nobility for political alliances.
