There is a point in the drama where one of the twins (i think the biological female) gets plastic surgery and another female actress (Marina) takes over for her character.

Cinematography = excellent except for one scene. Background music = well thought out and nicely adjusted not to overwhelm scenes. Set design = aesthetics! x100 Acting = very very good seeing as 90% cast are newbies with no prior experience. Opening Ost = amazing! Fits well! Plot = Interesting enough to keep me held. (I am quick to drop stuff) Pair chemistry = excellent! can't wait to see more of every pair in this drama! Input of anime = I liked it! The animator/artist really put in a lot of effort! It's really HQ.

like i said, don't trust my translations even i'm not trusting it completely. By what I read, the female twin was arranged to be married with the dude, but the mother and the male twin somehow (with a guilty feeling female twin) end up switching withe the male lead? i dunno at this point who he marries, because that's the real suspense... i just guessed from the translation that it was prolly the male twin.

hopefully this puts a little drop in the water against the idea of "leftover women"
