I read the plot and there is just too much to summerise. so much going on. this is going to be something else.Possible…
>mother gets raped by the "dad" who is very rich and runs away > mother discovers she's pregnant > mother gives birth to twins (one boy and one girl)
> mother panics because she doesn't want to have a son in case the rich dad of the kids finds out and wants to take the son away as his heir.
> therefore, mother forces Kwanae (the boy) to live as a girl. > forces the guy to shave his bodily hair, grow his hair out long, etc
> mother also forces Kwanae to take birth control pills (forcing him to transition into a woman, or obtain womanly features such as boobs)
> the boy takes it at first thinking it's just supplements, but when he realises that he is having bodily changes he stops taking it until one day his mum finds out and beats him up.
[okay this is where my translation skills and google uncle gave up at the same time — from this point forward don't @ me if things aren't exactly 100% correct information please]
> apparently both of the twins kwanma (female) and Kwanae (male) grow up together as "women".
>kwanae really wants to live as a boy, but he also finds Mac (ML) and they grow a bonding together.
> I think, though, that Mac falls for the man (Kwanae) > I don't think Mac knows that Kwanae is a man (?) > the "dad" finds out that he's a father of twins and one of them is a dude > so the dad comes over to collect his heir
> kwanae is suddenly faced with a choice between living as a man and being with the man he loves (Mac)
> he ends up choosing his gender identity and goes to live with his dad as a man and heir to his empire.
> the dad in the meantime arranges a marriage between Kwanma (female twin) and Mac (ML)
> Seeing his twin and the love of his life (who might just be clueless that his fiancee isn't the person he's been in love with) — Kwanae gets really jealous > he realises that he could have still been with the love of his life, in a man's body.
>When the mother realises that Kwanae (the male twin) is in love with the ML, she decides to use him as a way to seek revenge from the father. By not letting them have an heir for the family. > She starts to fill Kwanae's heart with the hope of having the ML, etc.
>Somehow on the wedding day the mother guilt trips Kwanma (female twin) into switching spots with Kwanae (male twin) <- i'm not sure about this.
> After the marriage, Kwanma and Kwanae often switch spots to spend time with ML. > ML realises this change in personality and even tries to find out — to no avail.
>Eventually the twins (who are apparently both in love with the ML) start to become greedy and want to have the ML to themselves.
> This leads to a big fight and somehow a fire and somehow both twins get scarred.
> Kwanae gets taken real good care of by the ML. However, Kwanma is left all alone to boil in the pits of anger and jealousy.
> She leaves for overseas to have surgery and get an entirely new face that's not the same as Kwanae.
> Then she comes back for revenge (?)
I'm thinking she'll come back and say "I'm the one who married Mac, that wife over there is, in fact, a husband and that's still not legal in thailand so HA!"
Although possessing a premise that's somewhat untouched and exciting, this drama includes everything that we have seen in every other kdramas — plus loads of skinship.
Concerning the plot: I had figured out everything, all of the plot-twists, several episodes before it actually unravelled. The skinship was not budgeted against, but it got to a point where I didn't blush or squeal when they kissed but watched with a straight-faced and hoped it would end faster.
Coming out of this drama, the only things that I believe are interesting (IMO) in this drama are: (1) Seeing the mindset of K-fangirls and the unspoken rules they have amongst them. (2) Kim Jae Wook's A grade visuals. (3) Park Min Young's A grade visuals. (4) Those bubble paintings and the plot angle behind it.

Will still watch it cause the proceeds go to charity. I dunno how ( I will watch this mess) — but I will.
I’m not sure ~ but that’s what I got from the translation.
