Okay okay, let me rephrase this. He does realise who he loves is the FL and not his ex gf RIGHT AFTER the FL finds out. He definitely doesn't give in to the ex, even after she gets pregnant (which is the only reason why he has to stay with her now)... but then she just rushes off to some other man and he goes back to trying to persuade the FL. It's a mess, but you might as well watch it and see how big of a mess it is T_T

Okay, i’ll spoil you.
It's a train wreck. The male lead is a jerk who didnt deserve a second chance (which he got in the end) , but it's not AS IF you won't know that the male lead will cheat because it LITERALLY STARTS with that scene and goes into a flashback.
Honestly, If you have a strong heart, watch it.
