My interpretation of the novel is, both ML & FL left the nation to HC for him to rule (so it stay silent either they are commoner or not, but they definitely not taking the role as King/Queen).

I read someone commented saying YY has red ears in most of intimate scene in other dramas as well - I can’t tell, can someone help verify this 😂?
