This is one of the ‘mysteries’ that I really want to see unfold in ep30. 🤣

First HC said he will marry Chunran (instead of XiYun) because it’s more strategic. So even if he knows Xi Yun is BFX (which I don’t think so), what made him suddenly changed his mind and proposed for her to be his only wife.

Haha that will be interesting. Less than 24 hours to go, I can’t wait!

BFX definitely won the best girlfriend of the year award, no unnecessary misunderstanding and she even going to come along and protect him. BFX’s character is really admirable, her family too (best brother & father).

When YWY asked if Huang Chao will choose Chunran or XiYun.., he choose Chunran. But then he said ‘when I ascend the throne in the future, getting XiYun will be easy’.

Why would he say so… i mean why does he need to ‘get XiYun’?

Please let it be trueee 🤞🏻🤞🏻… so far I can see how he is attracted to BFX but he doesn’t want to admit it (where he told YWY that he just found her interesting). It will be amazing to see how he changed his mind and proposed instead 😆.

Ep30 is BFX pretends to be princess Chunran, where she helps the princess in the husband selection trials.

I secretly re-watching his scenes with BFX 🙈… he kinda flirty and direct as well in this drama, really enjoyable to watch. Can’t wait for ep30… but I wonder why he choose to say those things to BFX (in ep30 teaser) when he already decided to marry the other princess.

Similar to Insideout91, I also think there is no FL arc except for 1-2 epsiodes that will show how she becomes queen of Qingzhao and later in the war.

From the teaser of ep34, I have a bad feeling that they will only know her real indentity after that i.e. in ep 35/36.

BFX is amazing…that ep27, her honesty is so refreshing to watch in the drama (no denial or excuses). She admitted it proudly 😍🥹…

You are right! I will definitely enjoy more if I separate the novel from the drama. I will definitely rewatch this in Netflix as if it’s a new story… can’t get enough of BFX and HFX (their chemistry and sweetness are to die for).., along with so many eye candies in the drama.

He is actually one of my favorite characters in the novel… clever, truly concern about the world and his feelings for BFX is real.
