I hope so too. I know MDL has the 2 melon dramas of hers but one is tragic and one as SFL (which I don’t know if I am really excited for it)… i hope she really choose her next drama wisely. I want her in badass role (xinxia and S+ will be a bonus).
i’m guessing xiyun will reveal her identity in a crucial moment either because of her family tragedy or to help…
In the trailer of her in the wedding carriage, Xi Yun’s expression is not the typical bridesmaid happy face. So I agree with you.. there will be a lot of heartbreaks leading to that scene.

I am with you!!! I can no longer watch drama with FL that act like 5 years old that keep needing ML to save her. (And the dubbing of ‘childish’ voice made it worse)
Normally I’d like to see more romance and at least a (real) kiss… however.. I seriously am fine with the hint…

LOL.., i want to see lusi as FL in xinxia drama similar to TMOPB, it will be epic. Alternatively, any FL centric drama… I want a drama that focus on her as a strong, smart amazing character.

I think it’s because of what he said ie ‘I will not mention Xi Yun’s name again’, so she was surprised because she thought he knows about her identity and wants to hide it (in which she doesn’t understand why). That’s why she is thinking hard to figure out the situation … which may appear anxious/upset.
Out of plain curiosity, is there anyone who doesn't like this drama and thinks its overrated?
Interesting question. I think they may be some as people have different preference. For example I dislike the genre for 2 of the most popular YY dramas (I am weird 😂), so I didn’t watch it/didn’t finish watching it (nevertheless I will not say it’s overated because I understand some people really enjoy that kind of drama)

That will be amazing, imagine if a modern drama based on similar concept of WRTW - the bickering strong, smart ML & FL in business world say top 1% of world family riches. (But I am already extremely happy if they both together in whatever drama… but the chance is slim like some people pointed out to me here because YY don’t normally act with the same FL twice. How i wish she make Lusi an exception 🤞🏻)
