Amazing Show, almost perfect in every aspect. I'm glad it was such a mature relationship without any convoluted plot just to add more drama. I'm really gonna miss them so much.

I agree that It can't get very repetitive when you watch too much kdramas, but it didn't ruin the experience at all for me cuz there's so much to enjoy here.

there are only 3 ratings given. If you like slow burn family drama and is familiar with Koreeda style, then it's a must watch.

You can clearly see Koreeda's hand here. He's one of my favorite film directors of all time and watching him do a Jdrama featuring Yu Aoi and Suzu Hirose is all I could've asked for. This show is so good.

Just finished rewatching for the 3rd time. This is so freaking good, I can't wait to watch season 2

That car scene where he stops and lets Sa Eon do whatever he wants, even though he could have run him over so many times, was just ridiculous. It felt like watching a bad horror movie where the characters make dumb decisions. I’ve actually been in a similar situation before—another car stopped me, and a guy got out armed. I just hit the gas and got out of there as fast as I could. So that scene felt really unrealistic to me.

This is just as good as season 1. I'm excited to see how it'll end in the final season

Is the old fisherman fake Sa Eon's father? Also, why would the real Sa Eon want to kill the fisherman?
