The koreans will probably write/make it better than the original, lol. I agree what with someone else wrote though, they don't need to remake stuff from other countries. They are are creative enough on their own.
Taxes, tax evasion etc is after all simply... just too boring and tedious, sorry... Had to drop it after a few eps even though I'm a fan of Im Si Wan. Damn.

This drama was promoted as a thriller and the first episode is pretty intriguing. After a few eps though, it turns into some kind of a lighthearted romantic comedy padded out with EXTREMELY much filler. Halfway through I asked myself what the heck I was even watching..? I just had to drop it... always hurts to drop a drama after you spent like 10 hours on it. Damn this writer sucks.
I also think the ending could have been better and more satisfying (like there definitely were a few missing scenes in the last part of the last episode) - but the happiness you overall got from this drama was no joke, not many others dramas come even close in comparision. A solid 9 out of 10.
This drama was good but not too memorable imo. If you read all the 10/10 reviews in here and expect a masterpiece, you will probably end up feeling pretty underwhelmed. Don't worry that it will be dark and depressing either even if the theme is death - the vibe/tone of the drama is pretty lighthearted most of the time. I didn't cry even one time. The mystery/investigation elements were also overall pretty predictable. If you have absolutely nothing else to watch.. go for it why not, its still a decent watch. Maybe a 7 out of 10 from me. I could see them skipping making a second season at this point.

The drama has no kdrama feel to it, since its made by americans.
