Wuxia element is not that many in the novel either, btw. The novel names is Who Rules The World, both the leads are princes/princess, the second leads are also prince/princess, i think people expect the wrong things and get disappointed

If you jump from ep 10 to ep 22, you will confused when YWY does evil deeds. You will confused when suddenly either one of the leads comeback to life, you would confused about the token plots and why YWY want it. Just name a few. I have a feeling some of you aren't used to the pacing of 40 eps-drama.

Possibly, but even in the novel, wuxia isn't that really that dominant, the warfare part is. I think the drama reduces the warfare part and add more romance and court politics.
