Next I want a project with a non-established pair with one domundi actor and one outsider

I’m so glad they did not cast an existing established pair for this. The best fits for characters usually do not come in pre-packaged pairs.

Domundi really invested this year😮Now I’m super interested in seeing how other companies and channels will respond later in the year because the competition is really kicking off (uncensored CBL has entered the field and KBL is slowly waking up too). This is such a tremendous opportunity for BL/ BL-adjacent series to evolve to the next level. Who knows, maybe the label itself will lose importance one day if mm becomes more integrated into genre storytelling.

This is kind of why I don’t like it that these production companies also work as artist management companies. Because once you have artists under you everyone starts demanding work for their faves and the result is usually quantity over quality. Also with Thai BL sometimes I’m not sure if I’m watching a series or a long commercial promoting the branded pair…..😅

Maybe they should change it to 5 years of marriage instead of 10 because these two look like they were middle schoolers ten years ago. It’s asking to suspend my disbelief too much😅😂

GMMTV wants to keep BL cheap and use it as money maker to fund their flagship straight series, but who knows, maybe this will force even them to rethink strategy
