How come there is still no confirmed airing date yet? When will this get to air?

I noticed it too I’ve been looking for some new good shows after AOL and notice that top shows like AOL, NIF, Guardian and TMOPB have been either dropped in rank or ratings which is so weird like okay... whoever it is if you don’t like this genre then just rate it bad once and leave. Don’t need to purposely try to drag it down. Idk when Yanxi is going to be next but weirdly it seems like Yanxi is the only one that is going up in both ratings and ranking.

The bad thing is I’m stuck I can’t get over how good this show is *sigh*

Same I was skeptical of the acting at first since so many drama get ruined so easily either by the acting or plot/cgi especially novel adaptions. But AOL is really up there with how good the acting/chemistry, cgi, plot, and costumes were. I’ve rewatched it so many times already that I’ve lost count lol.

I tried watching other shows but as others commenters have stated before I too cannot help but get reminded on how amazing this is. I end up going back to this show to rewatch the lovely leads especially Jin Mi she’s too adorable. I just really hope the lovely 3 leads, Moon god, and puchi will be able to appear in season 2 together I miss them!

Yang Zi is so funny and lovable I love seeing her in reality shows. She literally makes me laugh so much whenever she appears she’s like a ball of positive vibe/energy.

Finally after Ashes of Love there’s other decent shows. This reminds me a little of Princess Agents for some reason, but hopefully it wouldn’t be screwed up like PA.

This gem is easily a 10 with just the acting/chemistry. The story is great I really did not expect it I felt like they might just slightly might have had a happy ending. The ending ig in a way made sense and now it proves that SIG & JSO are great actors.

This and scarlet heart are one of the best Chinese historical one like goddamn my eyes started to sweat hell for both. Although scarlet Heart is still my #1 tragedy as I don’t think anyone can beat the rawness of Cecilia’s acting as RuoXi.

Ik afternoon finishing BOC this year I tried to look for similar ones or upcoming ones. Didn’t work they all were so lacking compared to this. The others were either lacking the acting, chemistry, or just plain out too draggy/boring.

Once again I’m left all teary like seriously I cry for shows more than anything else.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it’s hard to find a good war show. This is the best war show out there, idk about the recent or upcoming ones but no other war show is going to beat Battle of Changsha in my heart.

Okay but don’t force yourself

This is a gem that people are sleeping on I get some may not like it because it’s a little cheesy or whatever you would like to call it but I mean it’s a fantasy show. Honestly I was pretty tired of korean shows for awhile because after watching Ashes of Love it was pretty hard to find the top chemistry, plot, and acting especially from the fl Yang Zi but this show did pretty well compared to the ones that I tried. I like how it’s very light hearted but then there’s a little seriousness to it and everyone’s acting in here is good to me. I’m not going to rate it just yet because I’m only 6eps in but for now it’s a great show.

Chinese shows really have great chemistry except the ending just kind of goes down and most of the time chemistry dries up for whatever reason. That’s why to me AOL is the best show because the chemistry and plot was top notch and consistent throughout the story, nothing really died down or was a disappointment to me.

I get it’s just a matter of taste and to me fuyao herself was too bland compared to other characters like wuji he’s more smart and powerful most of the time it’s him saving her. And I just don’t like that she’s suppose to be smart and quirky but ends up not. Idk fuyao was just a disappointment to me because although I didn’t like TMOPB much due to the fl actions and second otp the main otp’s chemistry was top notch throughout the story but in fuyao the chemistry started to go away it later seemed forced to me.
Mainly why I think producers should just upload their shows online instead of broadcast stations because they have too many rules and regulations. Like some shows will literally have to wait for years before it gets broadcasted and by that time there’s better and more refreshing stories.

Lol should’ve added that im watching it and it’s good so im just wondering why people rating it so low.

I was excited for fuyao but once I watched it I felt like the writers did her charcter dirty like why is she so bland imo. Well don’t force yourself to watch AOL just watch it whenever you feel like it.
And @mimi I agree about fuyao and TMOPB but PA honestly wasn’t that great the princess and the ending was annoying.

I thought there’s only a few episodes out why’s the rating so low already?
