Does anyone know why they dubbed this drama? I mean its a modern day drama not sure why they needed to dub it and the dub doesnt even match all of their mouth movements I feel like its taking away from my watching experience

Heres my conspiracy theory: There are multiple watchmen, i.e a few of them looking after lee seol. So siyeol is a watchman. But what if the head watchman is the bodyguard of the current king? He looks v sus! But would also make sense since the imperial family hasnt managed to find lee seol all these years if hes the one foiling the kings plans
