The drama is good but sometimes I don't get where the plot wants to lead us. It's similar to House MD but has his own plot about doctors's ethic, and focus a lot on each chatacter's personal story. Now that the prosecutor shows up will the drama be able to mix everything well? I am a bit skeptical about the balance of the show.
I JUST finished watching Go Go Squid and was SO disappointed. I saw the trailer for this and I'm quite adamant…
Go go squid has romance and the e-sport was about hacking. This one doesn’t have romance and the e-sport is about gaming. They both have friendship and team bond but go go squid focus more on romance and friendship while this one focus more on the game, on players’s career and the competitions between professional team.
I loved go go squid, and I am really enjoying this one too. They are both great show about esport. So it really depends on what elements you are looking for in an esport drama.
I am really enjoying this drama, it’a not only about the game itself, it gives space to each player and team, it shows very well different aspects about having a gaming career.
The article is very interesting cause I didn't know at all this group exist, and of course didn't know they are both singers and actors or that they create many ost. I only watched hana yori dango but I have in my list ouroboros from a while, I keep promise myself that one day I will get back to Japan dramas but truth is that I never do it. :( my bad.
I know most lakorns are like soap opera and in general over dramatic, but this one was wild! A man on a revenge rampage, a woman who is trying to change his mind and both their families trying to kill them off. If in lakorns you like love-hate relationship, slap/kiss and an aggressive ML this can be the right drama for you, it has all this tipical elements and the main couple has a great chemistry. But be warned, there is a lot of violence, beating and killing, specially against woman. ML’s character is inconsistent, he hate man who mistreat woman but himself doesnt treat the FL that well, at the same time he has a soft side that appears once in a while and makes him cry. The plot is repetitive and draggy torwards the end.
I can’t say this was bad cause plot and characters were good for this type of lakorn, but I prefer less dramatic version.
For now romance is not part of the plot, but they gave hints that both ML will be involved with both FL’s life. The devil with ha rip’s manager While ha rip with the other girl.
I really enjoyed the first episode, it mixed well dramatic and funny moments to explain the premise of the story…
I don't know Lee Seol very well, what do you think about the fact that an actress with little experience was cast as lead with actor like JKH, PSW and LE?
Do you know her, is she good? On the first episode I really liked her, hope she can stand the epic cast.
another annoying "eccentric" female lead... agh. her "introduction" was that she's optimistic one second and pessimistic…
They show very little about her character, is way too early to place her as an eccentric girl.
Besides “she's optimistic one second and pessimistic the next” was just a comment made by another character about her. I read your comment before watching the show and I really belived she was "bipolar", but it turn out that it was just your assumption after 1 line you heard on the drama. Considering one comment as an introduction of a character can be very misleading for people who didn’t watch the show yet. At least I was mislead. Now I know it was your interpretation.
Right now she is just an optimistic girl but also very unlucky, and if we read the synopsis we can guess why she is so unlucky.
I also disagree on the balance matter, the comedy part smooth the serious topic. But agree on the fact that the premise is interesting and loved the music ;)
Really? Sounds like the making of my least favorite drama right there.. haha. I'll wait for more episodes then.
They show very little about her character, is way too early to place her, but everyone has a different prospective about first episode, so you should try the show and see by yourself if it’s your cup of tea.
I really enjoyed the first episode, it mixed well dramatic and funny moments to explain the premise of the story and Ha Rip character. I am expecting big characters development cause apparently it’s the main point of the show. Love the music.
Both main leads did a great job in portraying each other creating hilarious moments, but that’s it. The story is almost non existence. 6 ep. about them hiding the body swap filled with and 4 ep. to close the case he was working on. Little action, little romance, little character development, disappointing ending. At first it was fun but became very soon draggy and boring. Overall is a totally skippable drama.
A funny, ironic parody about western movies, in particular there are a few elements that are taken from the good, the bad and the ugly. Like in the original movie there isn’t a real plot but the whole story is about three man looking for a treasure. Overall is very average and even with the great cast it’s hard to digest 2 hours of only shooting and horses ride. The soundtrack was the best part. And I am talking as a western fan, do not watch if you don’t like western.
I am a bit skeptical about the balance of the show.
The drama try really hard to be hilarious but I didn’t laugh one bit. I was instead bored and I didn’t feel any spark between leads.
Ep. 4-6
The real story kicks in, it gets better but overall I feel like is average material.

The devil with ha rip’s manager
While ha rip with the other girl.
I think Ha Rip’s talent came from the girl.
The devil stole her talent and give it to Ha Rip.
I totally get your interpretation but
I had a different vibe from her character and the comedy part. Let’s see how it goes, see you around as usual.
Sorry for the spam, this damn keyboard phone do what it want. =P

Love the music.
Please be good !
A wonderful story about gaming/friendship and love.
I will put this on hold for now.

Side note: I am so sick of phone call in dramas, just saying -.-
