Ning and Shen went to the market, but got seperated for a while, and in that period Marquis and Ning met eachother, buy she was too shocked by seeing him there. And she knew the moment she uttered even a single word he'll recognise it was his Mei. The Marquis's been trying to find out clues. While Ning's having nightmares about the drowning event in the past. She wants to help him get his name registered in the family book. But their father might not think the same. Ning has been trying to find the cause of mother's illness or death.

Grandma has punished Ning, because she exposed Concubine Qiao's crimes at the risk of her own reputation, she might have been harmed if anything went wrong. Even Shen Yuan is angry that she is being stubborn and doesn't understand how risky and dangerous that stunt was. Ning had a high fever, it was not going down. Therefore Shen tried what the physician told him, and he got a pretty heavy scolding by Grandma for it. I love the main couple so much their scenes are so wholesome.

Concubine Qiao tried to frame Ning, by bribing the Performer to ruin Ning's reputation. And Shen Yuan comes to her rescue and protects her from his father. That trashy father doesn't even want to listen to a single word she has to say, but he's quite eager to protect his concubine. Asshole. He's trying to cover up his concubine's crimes, when his own daughter's reputation is at risk. How could he. And just look at the flashback, when Shen asked Ning upon reaching the room where she was taken "What is this" omg, his eyes holds so much anger, he was so angry at the situation. And finally all the evil deeds of Concubine Qiao has come to light. Now everyone knows every evil deed she committed. And now Ning's father is heartbroken witnessing everything. Ending the episode with his dialogue to CQiao "You've done it all wrong, There's no turning back." 10/10

Shen Yuan cares for Ning deeply. Ning is kind and she helps the old fruit seller. Oh man, the Marquis, literally I know Ning will end up with Shen Yuan but I want her to end up with Marquis so badly. Oh my god Ning is not the legitimate daughter then?? I didn't thought that. And Ning organising Shen's birthday is so cute. All of them drunk and sleeping was hilarious, and their mother coming and she was astonished.

I really like the principal wife she is such a good character. And Shen Yuan theman you are. The way he just endured the pain from the slap on his back, his fist tightened but he endured it. I hate Concubine Qiao, how could she do that, the Grandma was just sick and she was planning a funeral, and dividing the assets. Omo I'm agitated by just thinking about it.

I love them. Totally. Ning finally remembered her childhood memory of Shen Yuan. And I'm blushing all the time and giggling when they are on the screen together. Oh my. I don't care whatever circumstances he has, whatever I don't like Her father. I love the action scenes. Shen Yuan is perfect <3 . Both of them are so chaotic together. Okay she's pretty smart, yeah pretty+smart. Omggggg is that our SML, someone's uncle and he's gorgeous. Cold too. Daddy material. Oh again the Concubine's into shady business.

Jun, a popular figure at his University, he's one of those friendly people, you can be friends with at first meeting. Su Hyeon who has no money or freedom. So Bin (my girlie) is confident that the only thing she can do is work hard. New semester new events. Anyways, Jun begins to feel annoyed by Su Hyeon, who, unlike everyone else, is the only one who is harsh towards him since he doesn't want to be friendly. And a bit of a different type of person... >_<

Ning gathers everyone at Muxi Hall to interrogate Yue and Madam Lv. And the best part is Ning forced concubine Yue to give up her authority to the principal wife, omg that was so satisfying indeed. And the principal wife is really such a good person, she likes Ning like her own daughter and cares for her. And finally the principal wife showed Concubine Yue her place. And Shen Yuan, well I'm quite conflicted as to what to feel about this step bro-sis arc. Anyways 10/10 for me.
