I also thought of Vagabond as season 2 of Gu family book when I started watching it XD Something to fill that empty void in our heart after Gu family book's ending T_T It sucks how Vagabond's production is delayed now cause of covid since they have to film abord and stuff :( Let's hope we get a season 2 of Vagabond soon, at least an announcement of it by 2021 or 2022....

Yeah, I totally get that! Sometimes, when a drama plot is going so well, the scriptwriters either rush the ending or don't know how to end it with satisfaction, which us viewers want to see more lol.
But its not the actor's fault when they have to go to the military. It's not in their control, just bad timing if a season 2 may be considered.
It would DEFINITELY be worth watching if BTS were playing thier characters. After all, it is based about them . Can't see anyone else playing thier characters but themselves lol XD

I agree, this drama was too good! I still can't get over the chemistry of the main leads! They were so cute both here and in Vagabond! <3 BUT THE OPEN ENDING! Like it was up to the audience's imagination to think about what would happen to the main leads next. I didn't hate it the ending; in fact, I would have preferred that instead of a sad ending where the leads never see each other again! But I wish we would have gotten a satisfying conclusion or perhaps a season 2 where they pick up the plot again now that they met and are in the present time. Since this drama came out in 2013, the ending still has us hanging for more:(
the leads reminds me of inuyasha and kagome of you know what I mean ? same plot with a human and half human going…
Lol I didn't even think of that similarity! But I agree! The whole drama to me felt like a anime coming to life lol, with all the fantasy and adventure elements.
I totally get you! As much as I love Park Bogum, I was and still am on team Jung hwan XD Jung Hwan was definitely a better match, and it was fun rooting for him! I still finished the drama despite being disappointed with the main paring. However, I enjoyed watching the other characters and was curious to know what would happen to them!
