mygosh, i love this drama so much

man, as someone who have watched a lot of cdramas and read a lot of chinese webnovels, i mean a lot, there's definitely similarities so I'm just gonna end it there. Happy watching!

Duolou continent is a good reference, but I watched the first ep and there's definitely a lot of similarities from some of the cdramas I've wathced, which is good btw. Also there are a lot of mages in cdramas :D Anyway, I love the FL character and the drama looks promising. Will continue watching it :D

More like xuanhuan than wuxia i think. Its good that kdrama are exploring this type of genre

Synopsis sounds like a typical chinese xuanhuan drama

I’ve watched some of RJL dramas and find his acting okay there but imo, he’s really lacking in here and he has zero chemistry with reba

This!

His dramas are a hit or miss for me

I can’t with that fake body suit 🥲

Every scene on this drama is an art

Yup it’s actually my first time to watch herin a drama and i think she’s great 🙂

I like that drama too ☺️

Yes, song zuer would have worked 🥲

She was actually watchable in Dance of the phoenix but an eyesore here 😆

I actually ff if the fl is onscreen 🤣

Same thought, he has more chemistry with her than the fl 😂

I like it so far although the fl is annoying and the fighting scenes are disappointing. I watched zeng shuxi in heavenly sword and dragon sabre and the fighting scenes there are really good.

I think zeng shunxi has the best chemistry with chen yuqi

I love this drama! Everything i want to say was well written by Kangni xiao’s comments. Go read it :) i know this is not everyone’s cup of tea esp since this is xu kai’s next drama after an idol drama but if you are into good period drama, this is a must see :)

My ulcer was triggered from watching all that beers 😆
