Lol I bet if Baek Kyung's character was a female, y'all would have been disgusted by her.
Okay let’s not bring sexism into this. I think the majority of the people disagrees with his actions and do not condone his behavior but also a significant Number of people like him because he’s a complicated but interesting character who deserves some pity for his horrible background story. Once again his actions are a big no no but he as a character deserves love like any other character/human being ^^
I wish I had your excitement. I'm feeling doubtful and dreadful because I don't really think they can end this…
The drama made many changes and swap some background stories of characters, so definitely dohwa is safe. In the webtoon, bk told the fairy that he wanted to stay self-aware to punish himself for hurting the person he loves even after knowing that danoh ultimately chooses Haru. In the webtoon, when danoh joins Haru in a new historical comic, it is shown that they are both self aware.

In the webtoon, dohwa feels guilty for what happens to Juda’s family although it isn’t his fault, so he committed suicide. I have a feeling they are going to make bk commit suicide instead in the drama to redeem his character. Anyways back to the ending, Haru and with some assistance from bk try to save Danoh, but fails and she dies.
It turns out danoh has the ability to time travel because she was a main character in a different comic. The creators made two new comics (one modern, one historical) but She travels to the New historical comic and meets Haru.
The plot is actually interesting but The drama really did go downhill for the last couple weeks, so I don’t…
In the webtoon his role was literally an extra in "Secret." He had no purpose and can only observe what's going on. I like how they expanded his role in the drama.
Kyung actually teams up with Haru to help save Danoh. His relationship with Haru was in no way close to being antagonistic as portrayed in the drama. HAHAHA yes it's nice to see Bk realized he was the scum bucket that killed DanOh. You reap what you sow bro.
I agree, the fairy is so frustrating. He's like a library of relevant information but you can't access it because of budget cuts. The library opens on the most obscure and random hours. Only the lucky few will have access to it from time to time. the trouble maker fairy only purpose of existence is to be a huge tease lol
Well let's hope for the best outcomes next week ^^ even if it ends up being nonsensical, as long as they all get decent, relatively happy endings I'll be okay. that's all i ask for lol

You are right! I too wish they focused more on the world-building because that's the most interesting part. It's kind of like the drama W, it presents this world but without filling many details and leaving so many unanswered questions and holes. I would also love it if the story focused more on changing not only their own destiny but also assisting each other in finding and fighting for their destiny. I always love the theme of "helping each other will ultimately help you." This would had been a good drama for a good ensemble piece kind of in the vein of Chief Kim, City Hall, and Fiery Priest where the characters would work together collectively and fight injustice and to change their course of destiny. I would had love to see the characters in EY team up and actively go against the writer HAHAHAHA
I guess villain is too strong of a word to describe the second male lead. I don't like how the drama writers made him so impulsive and so belligerent. I wanted him to be like how he was in the webtoon, ultimately having DanOh best interest at heart and that they actually had a decent friendship. In the drama They made him into a hotblooded, lovelorn youth :( LOL since it's advertised as a youth romcom, no way is she ever going to die for reals.
The angst I'm referring to is the BK x Danoh x Haru triangle hahaha Her illness is a given. It's so melancholic and so sorrowful in the webtoon.
That trouble maker fairy indeed got into my nerves. Is he here to help or not, make up your mind dude LOL I like your setup of what would make the drama outstanding. You and @haruny should definitely replace the screenwriters and salvage the last 2 episodes lol
I think I'm more harsh to this drama because I absolutely know that the drama could had been better if they used more of the rich material in the webtoon for inspiration. Like I said before, altering Bk into this hostile person was a huge turnoff for me :/
Likewise thanks for your respectful and kind opinions as ^_^
I have never been so excited to watch a finale as I have for this drama, mainly because it's so unpredictable…
I wish I had your excitement. I'm feeling doubtful and dreadful because I don't really think they can end this show in a pleasing way with just 2 episodes left. I'm expecting a whiplash :( If they end the drama in the same way the webtoon ended, I won't be too happy because with the changes made in the drama, it will feel less impactful. I hope I'm wrong.
Ey is better than mms. Mms was bad right from the getgo. It shows the power of jcw fandom lol
I think rowoon not showing up might be the biggest indicator something is wrong.
I guess it’s possible they could alter the webtoon ending. How will they cure her health issue will be the biggest question?
