I id Masumi as having bpd because his reactions were more intense than those who are more stable. FP stands for favorite person. Ritsu is Masumi's favorite person. He felt elevated joy in his presence and withdrawals from breaking up.

His childhood trauma could easily cause BPD.

Ritsu is poly and never felt restricted by boundaries Masumi never said out loud. He may be mono from now on. Or Masumi might finally learn that sex doesn’t equal love.

Yuma was an anime Miracle Boy and did a perfect job. He didn't survive the pill because he wanted to live. He survived the pill because it wasn't effective. I seriously doubt there is a death pill considering how many chemicals it takes to kill death penalty people.
Meguru is neither boy or girl, probably genderfluid or agender with a preference for femme. Possibly just financial or beneficial but could be more. I can't wait to follow the actor.

The side characters didn't take up too much space. They weren’t even really side characters. It's a BL but I'd say Meguru and Yuma were just as important and leads.

Changing because of the trauma of not only almost dying but saying goodbye to everyone you've ever cared about at the same time, is enough to make Ritsu and Masumi cling to each other. Masumi can forgive the person he's never going to forget because Ritsu clearly chooses him this time. Ritsu feels uncomfortable claiming Masumi's love because of how bad he heard Masumi was hurt last time. But he's putting their happiness first after realizing life is better together.

If the world was ending, we'd all have things we wantsd to fix. That we would never address before that, no matter how important they are to us right at this moment. These 4 got to do it.

I hope Yuma and Meguru have a happier life than I expected they had in the past. I wonder if Meguru didn't come out before to her parents or if it was just grief that didn't have them recognizing their son. Going off of my idol days as a teenager, I would have been depressed if one of my idols committed suicide. In fact, my ultimate bias Jonghyun most likely did. But I was a grown person with a much more content life by then. Had I been in high school, seemingly without family or friends to talk to, and having sent fanmail, that may have been enough.

I dont think the pill didn't work because he was a miracle boy. He clearly still wanted to die when he woke up. So he should have died. I stopped breathing on my first attempt but still woke up with medical treatment.

Ritsu is both complex , aggressive, and toxic. Just because he was truly in love withhe was in love with Masumi doesn't mean he wasn't a horrible partner. But I id Masumi as having BPD and being drawn to his fp. And Ritsu definitely changed for the better when faced with possible death.

It's propagating a harmful stereotype about rape. Its explaining and dismissing rape culture. He shouldn't have to "use her brain" to not be raped. Masumi basically says "well what were you expecting, dressed like that" you know who else says that? Lawyers, jurors and police when they victim blame.

We can all Masumi on his bias which is spreading rape culture because real life follows shows. It would be nice to see him say "that shouldn't have happened just because of your clothes". That's setting mankind up for a better world.

The accusation of people not using their brains is what gets some rapes dismissed as the victims' fault, consent or they were asking for it - signed someone who didnt go to the police about 2 separate rapes where I said no and was ignored, because I knew the police would blame me.

I think it's awesome. Just the first episode raised different expectations than they meant to. I reminded myself that J dramas have max 2 sex scenes and was fine.

Was expecting sex in episode 5 but it didn't ruin the story not having it.

What isn't credible about Yuma? He feels like a 3 dimensional character to me
