This scene cancels out any cringey moments that preceded it. Marquis deluded Chang Yu with his improv scene, and continued until she drugged him. Once the lying had started twenty-five episodes ago, there was no way for him to retract it. Now the truth slaps both Chang Yu and Marquis in the face, and with Marquis, it will be a hard slap or two. They really should have showed ep 27 today.

Is Princess (is her name, Qi Shu?) related to Qi Min? Do the palace and court know his identity? Do they regard him as a black sheep relative?
