I bingewatched nine episodes yesterday, and find the drama refreshing to watch, after watching two intense dramas, Wanted Detective and Legend of the Female General. Xu Kai and Tian Xi Wei are charming as Mei Zhu Yu and Wu Zhen. The costume design department did a very good job. Wu Zi Shu looks like he is going to become possessive like Chu Zhao (LOTFG). Mei's "brother" monk is a blabbermouth.

I had to skip some scenes in ep 1. I moved into ep2, and skipped a few scenes. I will pick up ep 3 later today, 🤣🤣🤣
