I can see typical kdrama fans wouldn’t like this drama. the love story is not the usual angsty or overly fluffy type of romance. it’s just there and a bit mature.
such a great drama, each episode addresses different obstacles that may face age gap couples and I love how no matter what they prioritized their relationship. No unnecessary plot twists and boring plot lines. I loved their chemistry also, didn’t feel their age gap at all!!!
Can anyone spoil it all for me? who is the killer and why did he do it? I watched up to episode 5 but that’s about how far I was willing to go, I love Lee Min Ki so much but I can’t with the FL :(
Dropped at episode 8. couldn’t finish it, normally I like a little cliché that can turn off the world around me but this one was so bad. The build up was so weak and almost non-existent. The ML story is so background that it feels like it’s a non-issue, the love line is so basic, the comedy is just lame and forced, and the ML has no ambition whatsoever to stick up to his villainous sister and it’s just frustrating.
The good side is the leads have good chemistry and are very cute, some side characters actually have interesting stories but they can’t save the drama.
Guys, this is a drama for people who understand Japanese culture and the way their brains work. Especially since the set-up is very traditional so the cultural mindset is amplified.
I love the drama so much, it's very refreshing.
I've been on a break from J-Drama for a year. I've been watching K-Drama and I got used to their straightforwardness, there is no straightforwardness or self-expression in J-Drama, so if you come into here expecting lovers that share everything on their mind be prepared to get disappointed.
Also, this is a slow burn, filled with misunderstandings and self-sabotage, personally I liked it.
I dropped this drama while it was airing and had a desire to watch it again, I laughed at the subs part because I have no idea why I dropped it but it could have very well been the subs lol.
