He is a Prince (His Higness) part of the royal family.. Not a King. Besides in the drama there is an Emperor. So I believe Prince is the correct one not King.

For those looking at the Extra episodes, I will be posting it here but I will put it on spoiler.

This is my opinion only. I think you should read further down to understand why. Some are disappointed about it. If it weren't because of the real lead actress having issues with the tax evasion, this drama might have been a success. Sadly the plot and editing are the issues. Liu Xue Yi is the only reason I've watched this drama.
