I see a lot of hate towards the male lead which is ridiculous. I believe the director of this drama saw something in Chen Zhe Yuan that fits the role of Li Zan. The same goes with the female lead. So stop your hate and keep it to yourselfs. If you hate the drama then get lost.
I just realize after watching few episodes of this drama, that there are real soldiers/ volunteers out there experiencing PTSD after being sent to different places. I salute this brave soldiers or volunteers out there protecting the different countries from the rebels.
I just started this one and I have a question. I know Liang Jie's voice cause I have watched her already in other modern dramas, the question is does the other cast really do speak English? Or the others cast voices are dubbed by voice actors who speaks English. Also where did they filmed the location for Uglai ( Eastern Country)?

Aside that this is a Military drama. Every Chinese drama is like this. Even those with big names (traffic artist). We are just excited to see Chen Zhe Yuan again in another drama. He gained popularity after pairing up with actress Zhao Lusi from their drama Hidden Love. As for the female lead, this is my third time watching her in a modern drama.
Like when Moonlight Mystique & Flourished Peony aired, fans are excited to see and watch it.
Just got home and will start watching the remaining episodes of this beautiful drama of 2025. I also finished the drama of Zhang Binbin. Will surely miss these wonderful and talented actors. I hope to see more dramas of Bai Lu whoever she is paired with. These 2 dramas started the year with a great story. <3
