Mainly chinese actors.. I decided to give a chance to C-entertainment after being in a serious slump (K-dramas wise) . Wu Lei, Dylan Wang and Zhang Ling He are my personal favorites.
I'm watching tidbits of "Mr Bad" at the moment with Shen Yue/Chen Zhe Yuan and oh my God his real voice is so attractive (watched some interviews because I had to verify if it was his real one) I'm not even a fan, looks-wise he's not my cup of tea but his voice is so damn appealing/sexy.
Drama seems interesting but the english subs are so bad that I can't keep up with it *sad* I wanted to watch it for Wu Lei (became a fan after watching LLTG) but I can't even appreciate it with those subs.
Hwang In Yeop is such a hoot! My stomach hurts from laughing so hard𤣠He is indeed the king of variety shows! Give the boy more variety shows, I'll watch them all. I binged it and I really enjoyed it Rating: 9/10
I have just watched Upcoming Summer and I am really impressed with Wu Lei. He is a serious actor and not afraid…
Same here...I've been watching many of his past projects since discovering him in LLTG and just stumble upon this gem and all I can say is that his performance is flawless, he literally blew me away. Finally a Chinese actor I can root forā¤
Love Like The Galaxy and Wu Lei⤠I've never been into C-entertainment and I'm not sure it will change in the future but I may make an exception for this talented, charismatic young actor. Wu Lei stole my heart and makes me want to follow his career more closely (Boy kinda cured my aversion to C-ent) I really enjoyed the show! It was absolutely beautiful. Compelling story, oozing chemistry and stellar performances from the main cast. I'm not fond of lengthy dramas tbh and tend to drop them rather quickly because I lose interest...but this one managed to keep me invested till the end.
Lee Junho, Im Si Wan, Park Hyung Sik, Do Kyung Soo and Lee Joon are imo the best idols turned actors. They even make me forget they're ones sometimes. Junho has been praised/commended for his performances/acting skills by his peers, audience and industry experts . He's the first idol to win a Baeksang and PD special award....I'm not into K-pop to begin with, I started following their careers through their acting stints, those are the ones that impressed me the most till now.
IU, Seo In Guk, Lee Seung Gi are soloist, I don't consider them idols. They're great as well.
Honorable mentions: Yook Sung Jae Park Jin Young Kim Se Jong Choi Sooyoung
No thanks! The show was unwatchable garbage because of the ML.
Girl, you put Kim Myung Soo/L in your list of Best Actors (sorry not to take you seriously on this one..let's be honest here, he's far from being the best idol turned actor to begin with and is definitely not main lead material acting-wise )....he's okayish at best. Shin Hye Sun hard carried 'Angel's Last Mission' tbh. As for me, Lee Jae Wook is the reason why I watched this drama after avoiding the Hong sis for ages. Boy is for me very talented (he was the saving grace of Search WWW and Extraordinary You) Most articles in Korea praised him to the skies and seem to differ drastically from your opinion. You hate him, fine but sorry to say you're in the minority. Let's agree to disagree.
i always knew LJW was a good actor. started noticing he was acting www. Check out his previous performance at…
Agree with everything what you saidš except for "the not very handsome"part...in my eyes, he's incredibly attractive and charming. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Many are gushing over Park Bo Gum's looks for example (and there's nothing wrong about it)...as for me he's not my cup of tea looks-wise (not saying he's ugly, just not my type)
Maybe the 'major incident' is the reason why one or both parents (and/or the Beth character) are out of the picture?…
Same...it's annoying how society nowadays perceives kindness as a weakness, a flaw. World would be a better place if people were more thoughtful/considerate of others and less egotistical (or just plain mean).
I enjoyed it a lot (though quality dropped a bit in the second half...still a solid 9) but it doesn't need another season imo...I'll pretend it has ended at 16 episodes. Hate the trend of multiple seasons.
What are other Hong sisters dramas you've watched where you experienced an inconsistent plot?
Don't forget 'Warm and Cozy'!!...I stopped watching their projects after this utter mess (not counting 'Hotel Del Luna', I only watched Lee Do Hyun's scenes) It took me the casting of Lee Jae Wook to give them another shot and they better not ruin another lead for my darling actor (side-eyeing Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol's production) or else I'll be really done with them for good...
