How can he have so many dramas coming up? China should focus on quality and originality, not just countless wuxia…
1) Many of those dramas are either rumored future productions (one actor's name is dropped/ may star in it but nothing is confirmed yet), some projects fell through/have been shelved indefinitely and lastly some are waiting for an airing date or are currently filming (it can take years with censorship board, unforeseen reasons...)
I agree with @Alejandro_Ortega 's comment , his page needs to be cleaned. Melons should be taken with a grain of salt, therefore should not be listed on MDL before confirmation.
"China should focus on quality and originality" To each their own, I guess...
Nothing groundbreaking but it was cute. Mainly watched it for Bi Wenjun after completed "Warm On A Cold Night" and wanted something light to kill time. He was definitely the main draw and my favorite character. Ai Jing Chu is dreamy (borderline unrealistic sometimes tbh) and Zeng Li is probably the luckiest girl in the world...Catchy OST. Final Rating: 7.5/10
I'm up-to-date with this drama, I took a iQiyi's subcription mainly for Dylan Wang and to my dismay, he doesn't have much screentime therefore I don't think it's right to list him as a main, here in MDL. He should be list as a supporting cast at most, there are even some episodes where he doesn't appear at all. Still like it nevertheless but as a big Hedi fan, it is such a bummer *sad*
First time watching a drama with Dylan Wang. His voice felt off, is he dubbed?Watched only ep1, the drama seems…
It's his real voice. Trust me, I've been following Dylan Wang's career since LBFAD...I've watched countless of his shows, variety shows, interviews, vlogs, fancams etc...that's for sure his actual voice.
It has a sitcom format. I kinda like it for the moment. As an international viewer, I feel like some jokes/references/puns are lost in translation, it's expected. As a watcher of both versions, I feel this version's humor might be less my cup of tea but it's still good nevertheless (I'm more used to Korean style of humor I guess)
TBH, it wasn't love at first sight with 'Gaus Electronics' either. We're only 6 episodes in so I won't comment any further since it's way too early to make a fair comparison between both versions imo... Gaus Electronics is 12 episodes and rather fast paced, this one is 40 episodes long and will take more time to find its pace. Let's wait and enjoy the ride in the meantime! Already love Dylan's character and hearing his real voice makes me really happy🥰
Indeed but I don't think we can consider this one as a remake since it was probably filmed before the Korean version...Nonetheless, I loved the K-drama so I'm highly anticipating the Chinese version!
Officially confirmed to premiere on 2/21. The new trailer looks good!https://m.weibo.cn/p/100808b48e60959a2a429624ccb7c58ba100cd?jumpfrom=weibocom#&video
Yeah! I'm so looking forward to it+ Dylan isn't dubbed in this drama *happy tears*
Liu Yi ning as a support role? This is obviously fake.
This is more of an ensemble cast than anything else...nothing is set in stone+ Liu Yu Ning is quite the scene stealer in the dramas he starred in...I'm not worried.
Idk what fat size in Korea and Chin@ but PHS doesn't look fat or chubby he looks fit
Agree. I swear people are way too shallow. It's been 8 years since I've known Hyung Sik (I even met him in rl) and he has always been this way, mostly fat on his cheeks (The Heirs anyone? He was 22 years old at that time) + they all bulked up after MS...He's manlier now and that's fine... the only exception was during his High Society's days where he was painfully skinny (and it was downright unhealthy imo) Don't like it, don't watch/follow him!
