Very strong start imo. I'm glad I took a VIP subscription because it was definitely worth it. I'm already hooked (quite rare since it usually take me some time to warm up to a new serie...it's indeed a good sign and hope it will stay this good till the end *crossing fingers*). Love everything about it. Cast is stellar, beautiful OST and story is very engaging. High quality production all around š. As expected, I will be really conflicted between Jing and Xiang Liu. They're both ethereal, charming, charismatic and compelling characters. Jing/Deng Wei is still my favorite though (such a green flagā¤ļø). Lastly, first time I appreciate a Yang Zi character, she really nails it so far.

Wang Chu Ran and Deng Wei are now rumored to be cast as leads. Yesterday, it was Zhang Linghe/Ren Min...one thing for sure is that they're looking for rising/not yet well-established actors. Concerning the rumored female leads, I'd prefer for Wang Chu Ran to take the role...as for the male lead, I don't mind, I like both.
