Just watched the latest episodes and all I have to say is Zhang Wan Yi, the actor you are! He's killing it as Cang Xuan. His eye acting is conveying so much and his voice is so deep.. I'm in awe. Grateful to the casting director on this one. I'm waiting for his toxic era, it will sure be epic!

I feel really bad for Jing to be engaged to that two-faced witch. What did he do to deserve such a cursed fate?!? He's so wholesome while she's a scheming b!tch (her and Jing's brother are two peas in a pod for that, they're both cruel monsters that deserve nothing more than eternal suffering and a painful death) Plus knowing how her evil scheming put a strain on YaoJing relationship (causing a huge misunderstanding between them) makes me sick to the stomach. Just disappointed to see some people fighting over who is the best for Xiao Yao, belittling ships/characters (hate ship wars tbh)...YaoJing is my ultimate CP but I enjoy watching Xiang Liu and Cang Xuan scenes just as much. It's been a long time since I liked all the actors in the main cast. Very happy camper here!

Xiang Liu is giving me all the feels eventhough I know he won't end up with our heroine. He silently protects her and will sacrifice so much for her happiness. Already dreading watching his tragic fate...deserved so much more... a very memorable and amazing character for me.

Agree. Smoking is his choice after all, I'm just saying it's not good for his health in the long run and it's worrying me. But tossing out cigarette butts on public place is a big no. He apologized, time to let go and hope for him to be more careful in the future. As for his tatoos, I don't mind tbh (as long as it's not covering all your body, that's fine), it gives him an edgy look, not bad. (Dylan Wang also has tatoos and it doesn't bother me) Rest is just malicious/nasty comments from jealous people who have nothing better to do in life it seems. Humans aren't perfect, they should get over themselves and get a life.
Giving my honest opinion about Deng Wei 'litter' incident. Though I really dislike cigarettes and people smoking in general (not only it is bad for your health but also for the environment/nature+ hate the smell), I can overlook this slip up and wish he would be more careful and mindful from now on. Smoking is a bad habit anyway, he should quit. I'm well aware that's 'easier said than done' and knowing the cut-throat environment they're living in +he looks like a rather sensitive person so if smoking alleviates his stress , so be it. (Still, it would be awesome if he could quit because as a fan, I care for his health) This is not saying I'm condoning such behaviour (still disappointing) but as long as he knows he's in the wrong and seriously reflects, who am I to judge him? She will indeed end up with this person since they decided to scrupulously follow the novel. Personally, (and not because I'm this actor fan) out of all the MLs, he's the best choice. He's loyal, kind-hearted and he always put her first. As a woman myself, I would choose him too.
