NGL, I was put off by it but IRL love doesn’t have age boundaries but it was tough to watch. I do know other couples with a 10-15 year gap but they met later in life (think 35 & 25)

I also wish Shin was 18 and in his final year.

Just finished EP9 - I am not happy.

2nd ML is trying so hard and 1st ML let him! He didn't even fight for her or his nephew! WTH!!! Grrrr... 🤬

Episode 9 - What a rollercoaster of emotions. I went from 🤬 to 😭 when learning about his and his brothers background. How sad. 😞

I'm still on the fence about the 2nd ML. I know, in stories you need a bit of tension but after watching the latest episode, I am beginning to dislike this love triangle. ML1 knows he's in love but I think he's waiting for the FL to 'catch-up' - I love slow burns, but this feels a little too slow.

This is a very good one, isn't it?! My partner has actually sat down and watched the last few with me. He loves this one.

I don't know... you need to have an antagonist and the father (I presume he's the one lurking in the dark) isn't enough for more than a few episodes.

If not for him, the show would have ended much sooner.

Honestly, I kinda like seeing this rivalry.

The bowling scenes were fun to watch!

Just finished it last night. Marathon session... simply could not put it away!

So right! I watched the first EP thenngot sidetracked and started to watch again with my partner. We are both loving it! I have a love/hate relationship with slow burns but this one is done so well! Live all the triangles forming and everyone just oblivious to whats going on.

Just started watching the live version of this... I think I prefer the anime more.

BTW - Love the end credits scene. Encourages the watcher to actually stay and be treated to something (possibly) special! Like what Marvel does... or is that DC? Whichever. 🤣

Totally agree with you. Very few books that make it to movies stay 100% to the source. But it you take movies at their entertainment value, I thought it was well done.

I really enjoyed this movie. It had elemebts of RP1 (Ready Player One), Dark City, Doom and a few others rolled into one. I can see a Part 2 especially with the end credits scene. Not sure why its only rated as 7.1 but I understamd that these types of movies don't appeal to everyone.

I'm so glad the little kid didn’t bite it. 😀 But he was pretty upset about his ant farm! 🤣 Meanwhile the world... or simulation is going all to hell.

I'm watching the anime version of this, and its so well done! I wonder if I will be able to watch the live action. Beautiful story, a little sad at times though.

So I binged this with my partner, he really dislikes BL dramas but has been sitting through several with me and we both loved this one. I thought it was well done, I liked the slowish burn/story and the fact that he got along with his family (Yakuta) and understood what was going on. It was pretty sad that he thought for all those years that his (adopted) brother (Yuki) didn't like him so he avoided his (adopted) family.
