So I just started watching this drama (just started EP2), and I really enjoy the story however everything seems too "clean" - the house that they live in is spotless, school is spotless -- even the bully is too "clean" to be a bully! I will end up finishing this series, it's only one season and perhaps my thoughts on it will change as I continue watching.
I enjoy watching dramas, so don't know a lot about the industry especially since I'm not Asian - however, looking at it from my point-of-view, it seems that agencies want to capitalize on these actors and actresses, playing on fears (I won't get another offer, or public will lose interest in me) and possibly because some are quite young when they enter the industry they are "manipulated" into taking the first offer they get.
I imagine that all these factors, and probably others place a heavy burden on the individual to end up in difficult places in their life.
It seems to me that these actors and actresses are just seen as a bank account, some probably go on to do very well for themselves but when I hear these types of stories I can't help but feel bad for them.
Just started to watch this, what an amazing show! Mico and Xavier have great chemistry and I love the way the story is being told via text and video chats.
I was sad for Kookai when she expressed her love for Mico, but he handled it so gracefully.
It feels like Seph likes Kookai though.
And the dimples on Mico when he smiles! Eeeeeee! My heart melts. 💕
On Episode 5 and just watched them get ready to meet for the first time in person both are absolutely gorgeous!!!
8.9!!! Steady now people! The Director says that the going actually gets going from episode 9 onwards, and if…
I was confused in the first episode, so actually put it away. I was making dinner for my partner and I and I thought I'd give it another chance. I'm glad i did! Really enjoying this, the premise of turning a straight man is pure fantasy (you really have to be on the "spectrum") nevertheless its done very well. And the guys are freaking h0t! Haha!
Just watched the first episode, and I usually like these types of dramas but just could not get into it for some reason. I will watch it again, when I'm in a bit more relaxed mood. I have not seen the original CDRAMA (Go Ahead) so watching this with fresh eyes and mind.
unfortunately i didn't like this as much as i thought i would. the age gap between the leads makes me feel a little…
Yeah, that part was a little uncomfortable. I kept seeing Kim Hye Ja as the grandmother as it appeared she was playing that role in various places especially with the Pastor. But she, and Son Suk Ku did a great job of making it work.
I was actually surprised that the drama too this turn in presenting the characters, but it was well done.
It is a very good story. A drama that talks about past, present life, heaven and hell. Maybe most of you will…
I did! It was beautiful. So much crying though! I rarely read the reviews, I'd rather formulate an opinion on my own. It's probably not for everyone, but I definitely enjoyed it.
What did I say about episode 9? Episode 11 is a rollercoaster of emotions. I haven't watched anything with Ryu…
Episode 11 was hard to watch... I cried, a lot. My partner, who doesn't care much for these types of dramas just rolled his eyes... but was there for me. Beautiful drama, loved the scenery and how the colors just popped. Adding in the dogs, and one solitaire cat was also refreshing - it included some social commentary, and not just entertainment. Really enjoyed it!
I really enjoyed this drama, having just finished. A lot of crying! So many sad parts, I wasn't quite sure what to make of the Pastor but having watched the backstory, it was so sad. Poor woman had blocked that out of her life entirely and didn't recognize that the Pastor was her son. The second was when she went to get reincarnated and her husband didn't join her because of him, she had suffered through so many lifetimes. Maybe I'm a sucker for these types of shows, but I really enjoyed it and will watch this again.
My partner (who is Korean) and I just started watching this, and we're hooked! I'm so thankful that there are English subtitles since I don't understand Korean all that well. We just started episode 3 and I could feel Jeong Jae's stomach fall, when Hae Jun's father shows up and introduces himself. Honestly my stomach did a flop when he first showed up.
The part where Jeong Jae and Hae Jun talk was so touching. I couldn't stop crying. Yeah, I'm emotional like that.
So far, I am really enjoying this drama. I love family dramas!
Oh and nobody tell me, but it really feels like San Ha cares for Ju Won though they practically were raised like brother & sister it will be interesting to see where this goes.
