Don't really think Tyme is as ethical as he tries to present himself, and Tonkla is just a villain of a different stripe. But really enjoying the show so far, even if it confuses me at parts.

Because that's the reason a lot of people watch romance? To see two (or more) people who the viewer finds attractive and that has (hopefully) good chemistry be cute and intimate with each other. I don't enjoy romance when I don't find one or either people in a couple attractive. However, I disagree about the comment about WTD and its actors, I think they all looked pretty good. Also ugly is a bit harsh, better to say imo "not attractive TO ME" that making an objective claim about a subjective matter.

Do you have eyes or is reading not your strength? I was using the INJUSTICE of my own countries laws to show that laws aren't reflective of ethics, you say as much yourself in your reply. Laws are sometimes sh*t. I'll consume whatever I want from any culture I want. I never claimed my culture was more or less ethical, my example in fact displayed how I see my own culture as unethical in some regards. And I'm an atheist, Judeo-Christian values don't mean squat to me. I don't base my ethics on my culture or faith, I base them on what I feel is right to me personally.

About the talents and crew, I try not to judge because in most cases, they are just doing what they are paid to do. It's like if a person plays a mob boss, that don't obviously make that actor a condoner of the mafia lmao! I mean I say obvious, but to some its not.

Laws don't always reflect what's ethical, we have laws in my nation that allow rich people to avoid paying their fair share while the common person is drained dry, its legal, but not ethical.

Well I suppose people ought to frame their complaints more subjectively, like instead of saying "This show is boring", say something more accurate to their meanings like "This show is boring, in my opinion" or "Not for me personally." ect.

I get that and again maybe its just how some people get that frustration out. I try not to get too wrapped up about things, it happens and I lash out sometimes (usually about politics and IRL things). I think after a time they will, people usually move on when the next thing comes.

They lack alchemy, if they were both potion masters their brews wouldn't mix, they got their apothecary in a state of disorder... lol I actually don't know if they do or don't, I just wanted to be facetious.

I doubt we're on the same side when it comes to this series (I'm not a fan) but I agree, blocking (unless you are being legit harassed) is pretty weak. Deleting a comment you later regret is something I do sometimes, but I don't often block. Regret usually comes from me being far too angry or unreasonable at the time and its just easy to be like, well I don't agree with what I said, or the way I said it, so bye comment! lol but yeah, in order for me to block its got to be something really major.

This series just annoyed me with its casting choices, but I wouldn't say I'm super angry or anything, there's like 100's of BLs and I prefer western gay media more anyways, we just don't have a lot. But usually, at least for me, commenting is a form of catharsis to get out anger and frustration, or joy and celebration. I don't think most people who comment count on changing minds, I don't think that's the point? For some of course, but at least for myself it's never about changing minds.

I just don't personally find people that young attractive and for me to enjoy a romance (this is just me) I must find both people in the romance attractive to me (just because I don't find someone attractive obviously doesn't mean they aren't). Is that superficial? Yeah, its also human. I have yet to meet a single person that isn't superficial about something, especially when it comes to inconsequential things like personal entertainment. Sure there's my own ethics about the whole thing but really, what it comes down to is not being my thing. I just simply don't like age-gaps especially involving particularly young actors, just doesn't appeal to me. I have made exceptions, but this one I just don't feel comfortable with.

Well in my country, we have a right to speak and only fascists try to silence opposition. Everyone has the right to an opinion, favorable or unfavorable and for whatever superficial or fundamental reason they wish. Then again, saying people should keep their opinions to themselves is ALSO an opinion you're entitled to, we just don't have to follow it.

Its not a crime to accuse someone of a crime unless there is malicious intent (meaning the person knows what they are saying is 100% incorrect which is very hard to prove, that's why in the US defamation and libel suits almost always fail.
