It is completely natural that Rit is now cooperative with Sing, Lukmai and Win are finally at least communicative and more open to Rit, etc. because Tol behaves in a different way. Jinta explained previously that one's actions could completely change narrative and people around you. This could possibly be the reason that Gap and Sing are now together, because Tin is different. We have seen that Tin was easy-going and increasingly understanding and emphatic with both of them, but if and when he is more distant and cool with them, Gap and Sing probably found the way to each other much quicker and easier.
Also, it is completely logical that Tin is the way he is in episode 11. That is how he was at the beginning, don't you remember? He was rather shallow, judgemental and buried in the pain of losing his sister. He was mechanical and rather insensitive about his patients and work, he was yawning over Tol's death when he was questioned about the kid's death by Dr Sak and he knee jerk judged Tol as an irresponsible drunk driver who deserved to die. He learnt to become a passionate, righteous, caring, emphatic and loving person who is worrying about Tin, Rit and people around him in general again as he went through the continuous time loops.
In tonight's episode Tae and Tee are likely to go back to 3 April 1888 to meet Jack the Ripper, because their story essentially harks back to the murder of Mary Ann Nichols.
